My wife and I recently purchased an older property in Mortdale and House BPI was recommended to us by a friend. We were told that this house had already received an asbestos audit prior to purchasing and was given the all clear, however we thought it best to reach out to House BPI given the positive comments we had heard about their services. Sure enough, Mario conducted a range of tests and detected asbestos in our property. We’re just lucky we didn’t give the go ahead for work to start being done on the property! Thanks to Mario for the honest and diligent work, would’ve been in a world of hurt without him.

We found termites in our granny flat and we thought it best to get the main house checked too. Mario visited us and to our relief, there were no termites in the main house, he went all through the house very thoroughly and luckily found nothing. Mario was really informative provided a solid service, definitely recommend!
