This company have been amazing to deal with. I called at 8.30 am as our hot water system has blown. The guys were at my house by 10.30am and I had a new system installed by 2pm. The service was amazing, the price was really reasonable. They also took away the old solar panel Off the roof at no extra cost. If you need a system replaced or fixed, call this company they are the best. Thank you

Erina. 26 yo Gas system started leaking water from the top & I only noticed this at 5: 30pm yesterday, called them & left a message expecting a return call in the morning. Mick called me back at 5: 50pm, by Lunchtime today I had a new Rheem system installed at a competitive price, a few additional fittings & some copperwork was required, this didn't change the verbal quote from last night. I contacted Hot Water Maintenance Central Coast as my Tenant at Empire Bay was having trouble with the hot water system. They were out that after noon, inspected the Solar Hot Water System which required getting on the roof, deducted it was an issue with Ausgrid off peak not working so the booster heater was not coming on. Their contacted Ausgrid who attended and fixed the problem. Excellent service and communication at a very reasonable cost.

Can not thank the team at Hot Water Maintenance more. They have gone above and beyond to assist with my hot water replacement. I have found recently some trades are chosing to take advantage of people in desperate situations (hot water system stopped working) Hot Water Maintenance were not one of them. Professional, fair price and quick to get me up and running temporarily before replacing my whole system once it arrived. Could not recommend them more!

If I could give 6 stars I would! Very skilled workmanship, highly knowledgeable tradespeople, affordable pricing AND HIGHLY attentative to their customers needs! I called this company at 2pm on a Friday afternoon with the unfortunate situation of my water heater leaking. Matthew was able to take the time to help me find out which service would be best for my household and personal finances. Was all done to superb quality and didn't break the bank all within a few hrs!

It's hard to find good tradies these days especially ones that actually show up! Well look no further then these gentlemen!
