Highly recommended! We lost hot water at our house and after finding that the hot water system was still working - the team then spent some time looking around our property (even getting up into our roof) to determine the source of the problem. It turns out my kids had turned on an old tap somewhere that was causing cold water to flow into the hot water - and their persistence helped solve the problem and get our hot water back. Very thankful!

Okay, so HWS offered a 10% pensioner discount refund plus the miserly $2.50 rippoff charge refund on 23rd October.
It does not take 6 days to honour the refund and I am not calling you, either do it or don't, I have emailed you with details, I am over tradesmen either not turning up, doing a shoddy job or doing a job and then ripping us off.
If you honoured what you offered, then this review would not be happening.
Kris, you said you had many an enjoyable time at parties in our house with my son Alex over the years, yet you did not offer a discount at the outset in consideration of your association, says a lot?
Hence, I do most things myself as I know I do them right and efficiently with a minimum of cost. If it wasn't for the fact that I have had a bad week with my disabled wife, who is constantly in pain then I may not have even called you. Anyway, I guess nothing more is going to happen now, so as they say in France "au revoir".
