Worst ever. I am waiting since almost 45 minutes and there is no call. The baby is crying, reported the issue at the reception but no one cares. I am fed up with their service, especially the very longer waiting time. I don’t recommend this practice.

Terrible the pathologist went to woolworths without telling the reception and didnt pick up their calls she is constantly running late and didnt even apologise. The poor people waiting have been waiting for upwards of an our and the receptionists were incredibly dismissive and ignored everyone. Not to mention the appointments never work the reception keeps booking with the wrong people on the wrong date. The doctors ive seen so far always ask whether whatever I have is covid and make me do a covid test. All I have is a bad stomachache why do I have to do a covid test! Then they claim they 'dont believe' in RAT tests. Terrible service

My son has been sick at school today (07/08/23). My whole family has been vaccinated for Covid full cause and yearly flu vaccine. He went to this GP – Andrew Tan with his mother after I booked an appointment to see him at 3.45pm this afternoon. The GP has racially discriminated them by asking them “What’s your problem? ” telling them I cannot give you medication go to another GP in front of every other patient outside his treatment room. He then tried to assign them to GP – Hussen Ahmed and she told us I’m full. He didn’t check the child who’s having breathing difficulties and vomiting. Then he put them in a separate room and let them wait there for no reason. After some time, the nurse came to check his blood pressure only, then asked them to leave in front of everyone. He’s violated our right to have privacy about confidential health issues. He has discriminated against my son and wife outside the treatment room by yelling at them. Then he went to another room telling other GP – Krishnan “Look they are asking medication? ” I’m not sure he’s in the right mind. They are supposed to be treated in a closed room with confidentiality just like other patients. He didn’t treat any of the other patients this manner. After my son left the center then I’ve spoken to the center to discuss the matter. They’ve bluntly refused to answer my concerns, so I’ve told them that I’ll report this to relevant authorities. They’ve extended the booking without our consent and tried to ring my wife to get them back to the center, but they didn’t go back due to exhaustion, humiliation, and discrimination. If they can treat it first time why he didn’t do it in the first place? After he wasted the whole afternoon, we couldn’t find another GP. My son is running a risk tonight until we book another appointment tomorrow. My son is having an exam in a few days and right now he’s red marks all over the face and inflation.
No starts deserve this place but I can't post review without star.

I see that not all receptionists wear facemasks which they are supposed to do. I have normally seen Dr Fang but not anymore. I have waited 3 times now, where he is always late 20 to 40 minutes late. I've never had an apology from him for his lateness. I have had problems with medical certificates that I've had to hand in to Centrelink. And due to the problems caused or what I see as ignorance. I wasn't paid by Centrelink or due to the very poor reason put on the medical certificate, I didn't get paid. Also Centrelink wasn't satisfied with the terrible explanation. When being in the doctors consulting room, I have tried to explain some medical problems besides needing a medical certificate. And I was just ignored and told to make another appointment. Extremely wrong and very unprofessional for a doctor. I have seen other doctors there too with some rude and abrupt outcomes. Do not go to this so called medical centre.

I always ensure I get to my appointments on time however Dr Ahmed is consistently late. I made an appointment for 9am and I saw her walk into to the practice with all her stuff at 9.25. I have to book time off work for appointments and when I’ve had to wait over an hour in the last, it’s not great. I can’t think of one time when she’s been less than 45 mins late.

In addition to poor time management, the care just isn’t there. It’s like they just want o get people in and out, and they don’t care if the problems are properly addressed. I’ll be switching doctors.

Twice went for simple prescription injection and I’ve been refused because for long time I didn’t visit them! Last time their GP gave me wrong medicine carelessly makes my pain and illness much worse. Disappointing for medical practitioners

They make patients to wait more than 40 mins and receptionists are least bothered to apologise or let the patients know how long will it be.waited for nearly 1 hour in the clinic with a 1 year old and finally cancelled my appt and walked out.

Very bad time management. I had given feedback previously to Dr Bilal. I can understand that Doctors may run late. But communication with patients on delays are important. Our time is as valuable as the Doctors. Today I had a 3: 45 appointment. At 3: 20 the reception called me and told me Dr Bilal is running late. I was asked to come in at 4: 15. When I showed up at 4: 15 reception didn't tell me that he was still running massively late. Instead I was made to wait and after 45 minutes of patiently waiting I got upset and when I wanted to know what's happening I was then told about the massive delay.
Surely you need to respect our time.

Looks like they don't have any appointment system, coz you always need to wait ages. And The receptionist is very impolite.

1 hr wait with appointment time. Walk in can just go, no need to wait. And for those who have appointment wait for hours. Not fair.

Receptionist is very rude and disrespectful! If i were the owner/manager i would immediately take action as she isn't a good representation of the business nor towards customers.take this and recent reviews as a motivation for change asap!

Booked at 11.45am, but waited for an hour. Doctor was unprofessional, receptionist was rude and care free. Absolutely no care or respect for patient's time. Poor service!

I Suffer from chronic allergies so a regular symptoms for me is a cough. Due to that with covid restrictions I cannot book in person consult.so tried to book phone consult (I’m temporarily in Hornsby for a few nights and need to see a doctor for my allergies to get an inhaler prescription). But because I moved out of the area and haven’t been to this clinic in the last 12 months I’m therefore not allowed for the phone consult service? Makes no sense to me - how am I supposed to see a doctor! I’m struggling to breathe and it’s been such a headache just to get an appointment. The receptionist on the phone helped me organise a phone appointment in the morning when I explained the situation but then when the doctor called me he said I need to see him in person at the end of the day. The call wouldn’t have taken more than a few minutes he could’ve just helped me then and there. Now I need to continue suffering until the end of the day. When I used to come here in the past I found most doctors to be rude and blunt and they would speak over me when im trying to explain symptoms or ask questions. Most of them are quite impatient even though they make you wait over an hour for your appointment. Always delayed even pre-covid. The receptionists were always great, polite and friendly but the doctors in this clinic from my experience have not been good. This is why I stopped coming here, found much better caring compassionate doctors in Pymble and hunters hill.

My experience at this medical centre has been pretty amazing and it all starts with the staff at reception.
Thank you to the lovely Sheena for ALWAYS greeting us with a beautiful friendly smile and for taking the time to care about patients.
We actually witnessed a patient be incredibly rude to staff once. Sheena handled the situation by listening and showing great patience and respect towards the upset patient who then calmed down.
These staff work hard on the front desk so please smile back and thank them for their help.

As a very regular patient I booked an appointment on 30st of December afternoon since two weeks earlier with a doctor. When I arrived for my appointment there was only one receptionist (an Indian look like, young, woman with glasses and without a name tag) who started to say nonsense like we don't have time and the doctor can't see you and I don't know if we can send you in bela bela.
I didn't argue as I found it too ridiculous to argue about.
There was two other doctors available that time and just one of them had just one patient.
As I was sitting there I noticed everyone calls, the receptionist says "no we don't have any time available this afternoon, all doctors booked out and we are very busy! " Obviously a big lie!
Also anyone walked in she said the same thing and turned them away! I don't waste time to add how rude she was.
The patient with the other doctor finished and left so literally was only me in there.
I waited there and no other patient was with my doctor, he came out and invited me in.
When I finished with my doctor, I had to wait there for more 15 minutes as I had an injection. Then I was witness of one doctor left as there was no patient and the other two also were getting ready to go.
The receptionist who was sent Everyone away started to happily packed up and turn everything off and about 5: 30 to 5: 45 the practice was almost closed.
(they supposed to be open until 7 pm but of course with no patient thanks to that receptionist they could go home early in new year eve.)
It is just unbelievable

The receptionist obviously hates her job so takes it out on patients. Why she is employed for the client facing role is a mystery. Must have done some favours. Otherwise it is doubtful she could get the the job any other way.

Dr. Ahmed is the MVP, I appreciated her time and expertise during my consultation and lately I am feeling much better.
