Sales person (luke) was excellent he couldn't do enough for you.
He also makes a great coffee.

The first experience in contacting the Sales consultant Adam was great. He was helpful, quick in response and has gave me a deal that I am happy with.

Emmaline did a good work in following up my new car’s options too, she was patience and thorough in explaining the details.

Looking forward to my new Mazda 2 soon.

Before choosing Hornsby Mazda, consider other options. The Service Team will speak down to you, patronise and make you feel overall terrible. In particular Neil speaks poorly to young people and goes out of his way to make you feel patronised. Unsettling and frustrating experience. Try harder. Be kinder.

Mazda, good luck in aiming upmarket with the CX-60 and CX-90!

If you want to poach buyers from Audi, BMW and especially Lexus you are going to have to improve the servicing experience.

Hornsby Mazda I’m disappointed.

I take pride in keeping my 2019 CX-9 in immaculate condition but expect either a new scratch or a dent when servicing your car at Hornsby Mazda.

At the 40k service there was a nice scratch on the passenger door, and scratched up B-pillar plastics after warranty repair work for the drivers seat foam. Apart from not putting back the base properly (it clicks whenever you sit down) they did an ‘alright’ job. Credit where credit is due as they did replace a few things under warranty.

Just picked up my car for the 50k service and there is now a scratch and small ding just above the drivers side door handle. It’s small but obvious and I didn’t notice until I got home. I love cars, and always park away from others at shopping centre carparks etc but thank you Hornsby Mazda for christening my car with its first ding.

Let’s see what the next service brings. Maybe I’ll conjure enough courage to ask if they can fix the issue with my sunroof again (I can physically move the glass out of its housing). I asked at the 40k service but was told to “come back again” as it’s an “all day job”

There is a reason why I don’t want to get these issues fixed as I have no confidence now as I’m always thinking what damage they’ll do in the process and what surprises I might find when I get home.

Oh yeah, and make sure they stamp the service book before you drive off!

He made us feel comfortable and as returning customers, our experience with Ali has made it clear to us that we will be back when we are in the market again for a new car.

I’ve bought two cars from Hornsby Mazda off of Adam in the past 12 months and he is always a pleasure to deal with. There are plenty of Mazda dealerships closer to my home but I know Adam will always go above and beyond so I happily travel the extra distance for his service.

Hornsby Mazda is by far the best Mazda dealership I have been to, all thanks to the guidance and exceptional customer service offered by their business manager Subra and Joshua in sales.

My experience was so smooth, right from deciding the perfect car for me - especially with the innumerable combinations and models offered by Mazda, to understanding the whole process of designing and financing my first car. The best part of the service was their honesty, whole hearted-ness to help us decide and the patience they showed during the entire process.

I highly recommend Hornsby Mazda and would like to thank Subra and recommend you to ask for his assistance to help you with the entire process. He made me feel that buying a car was more easy than buying a mobile. Thanks to him the whole process was done and dusted in less than a couple of days and was by far the most hassle-free process I have been part of in a long long time.

I had an amazing experience at Hornsby Mazda! Everyone was so kinda, understanding and helpful! I was able to get my dream car for an awesome price and was lucky enough to only have to wait a week for it to be ready for pickup! I was helped by a gentleman named Steve Liu, he was fantastic. He explained everything clearly and made sure my experience was perfect. Overall 10/10 - could not flaw my time at Hornsby Mazda.

My wife and I was helped by John Duan, who was amazing with walking through the process of purchasing a car. He had a very relaxed demeanour and was not pushy with the sale that just put me at ease. His knowledge about the cars was phenomenal and the driving experience was exactly how he described it. If there was anyone I would recommend to help find the right Mazda, it would be John.

The car I bought is everything I wanted in a new car. Despite the rocky start of no one responding to my initial web mail enquiry the sales person apologised on behalf of the dealer's oversight. I felt my understanding
of the vehicle acknowledged and was not dismissed because of my gender. A refeshing change I might add. I would recommend my experience as being a positive one with rhis dealer.

We found a car that's in stock, is very safe and perfect for her to get in and out of easily. This is the second Mazda we have purchased from Hornsby Mazda and the service is always super.
