It takes a long time to find a great Doctor. Thankfully I found Jill. I would highly recommend Jill as she goes above and beyond.

The doctor was very helpful and spent some time explaining the possible side-effects, and was reassuring.

We had not attended Hornsby Healthway before but went to have COVID-19 vaccinations. They were extremely helpful and friendly, asked all the right questions, and professionally provided the injections along with the necessary follow up paperwork and information. An appointment has been made for the second injection. A very positive experience.

This Medical Centre were able to give us Covid-19 vaccination as a category 1b at a time when other centres would only deal with current patients and would not take our booking without a written referral from our own GP and submitting to a full (and chargeable) medical assessment.
The hotdoc booking system is simple to use and sends confirmations and reminders.
Dr Jill is very professional and takes the time to explain all aspects of the procedure and risk factors and aftercare services.
The centre is clean and welcoming and made us as new patients feel valued.
We would recommend this cenre to anyone in the Hornsby area looking for GP services.

Dr Zhang is an attentive doctor and gives her full attention to any issue which you can have. She's now become the doctor for our whole family despite us living a fair distance from Hornsby after being introduced by a family friend.

The clinic is easy to find, clean and well spaced out.

The reception staff are also very welcoming and accommodating, which isn't always the case with medical practices (even if the doctor is good).

In terms of the location, there is limited on-site parking available but street parking nearby is relatively easy to find depending on when you visit the practice.

Dr. Zhang is very patient and caring, and she carefully judged and gave reasonable suggestions for my father's complicated situations. I feel very lucky to meet Dr. Zhang.

I am happy I finally found Dr Zhang as my family GP, as she is such a patient, responsible and kind doctor. She always patiently listens to patient’s statement. I have been visited 3 different GPs regarding the same health issue I am currently having, and only Dr Zhang recommended me to do further health checks and visit relevant specialist. I highly appreciate her responsible professional manner. Now she is my whole family’s GP.

I am from the coast and was visiting family and my daughter and I were both very sick. We found this GP on HotDoc and booked straight away.

Dr Jill was absolutely wonderful as was the gentlemen at the desk. They were both so welcoming, supportive and gentle with my almost 3 year old. It was such a relief to have someone who listened and checked everything out. Jill organised an ultrasound for my daughter and I got it done the same day up the coast and she called us that evening when she received the results.

An incredibly professional, friendly and thorough service. I would highly recommend.
