Extremely Professional compared to most plumbers in the area. Great service, quality work. Call out fee. They can't add anymore tasks on the day, so make sure you go onto detail of what you need done. They let you talk to plumbers and get advice or discuss the job before booking

Have had Horns out several times and cant speak highly enough about them. From the fabulous and cheerful communication from Hayley in the office to the professional work done by all the plumbers its such a breath of fresh air to deal with such a reliable team of people. Thanks so much for servicing our area and i will continue to recommend you to all my people.

They turned up at our house and were here for no more than 5 minutes. Told us they couldn't help. Then I received a bill for $110. When I questioned the account and asked about free quotes like 99% of trades do and no record of the charge I was told they do 15 to 20 jobs a day and didn't have time to notify everyone of the charges via email as this would cost more.
15 to 20 jobs at $110 per day before they charge for any work done is taking advantage of locals that are doing it tough. I would not recommend this company. They should be ashamed!

What a professional team. Very impressed with their skills, knowledge, communication and attention to detail was impressive. Installing a gas heater into our Motorhome was no easy task but Ian and his team did a high quality job.

Very friendly, knowledgeable service and heaps of parking and turnaround space for a work vehicle and trailer. A little bit out of the way but that’s no problem if you’re in the area.

Not so happy with the fact of $110 fee that we weren't advised of, for them to come and say yes or no to moving tanks. Not bad $$ for basically no work and 10 mins walk up the side of house.

Very expensive stove conversion to LPG.
$298. Apprentice was left to complete the job. Try Sydney & Hacking. Much more professional.

This business would be the best trades in Lismore for plumbing and gas, nothing is a problem, efficient and on time with their appointments.
Can highly recommend, give them a call.

Nothing is too much trouble for Horn's Gas & Plumbing, Lismore. Fantastic customer service provided over the phone at the height of the floods. Trouble shooting from his home, Horn's staff fixed my fridge. Being isolated by flood waters, we had no chance of onsite repair. Thank you thank you. So do yourself a favour and support this great local business!

I have used Horns for repairs to my gas heating system, plus to check the gas connections when i first moved into my home. They were excellent. Recently i visited their showroom to discuss a new stove/oven and hob. They were wonderful, did not do the hard sell. Arranged for a member of staff to check my kitchen etc to confirm the stove/oven/hob would fit etc. Wonderful company the guys who fitted my new stove etc in were friendly professional and on time. No problems at all, took everything away. I highly recommend this local company for all your gas needs/plumbing. Honest, no hard sell, they know their stuff. Plus the prices were cheaper then major outlet stores.

Thanks Zac & Liam for job well done - very polite, well presented and knowlegable. Fixed gas cooktop, installed my puratap & filter, replaced leaky garden tap, all in under 2 hours which was really impressive as this kept my costs down. Really happy with the service and will use again. Good standard rates for plumbing/gas.

Had Justin come and did repairs to pergola roof. He turned up on time and was very efficient in what he did.

Took our caravan there 1/6/21. Needed new fitting for a gas burner and to get the gas fridge working. The nice young guys were prompt, efficient and friendly and provided some extra advice and help I hadn't canvassed.

Excellent. I found Horn’s gas to be professional, reliable, and good with communication. They got back to me when they said they would, the servicemen were on time each time, and they were happy to help with questions before and after service / payment. Jill in the office was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I had a hot water system and stove top installed in a tiny home. The team were happy to help with the unique set up and ensure everything was compliant with specific regulation. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to a friend or family member.

I had my camper stove serviced/repaired. Ian was fantastic. He did it while I waited and showed me where an how problems arise. He also set me up to do future services on the stove. Extremely good value and really looked after me.

Not at all impressed with these guys. Unprofessional and actively price gouging. Poor communication. All designed to extract the dollars.
