I couldn't remember my Business name etc and when a chat popped up I replied and the person was helpful and I am finding that to sort out my problem it appears to be less onerous than it once was. I didn't get a business name which was my original query. Kathleen Garraway

4 phone calls wasted with this group, trying to understand why my domain registration took well longer than the specified maximum of 5 business days. Only to discover that their 'automated' system didn't send me my credentials when the domain became active (5 days ago). Out of principle I asked if I could be refunded an amount based on the days I lost, of service I had paid for, or if my domain registration end date could be extended to cover until 2 years after I actually got the credentials. I was called back by a supervisor who wouldn't do anything for me. She acknowledged that it was an error on their behalf but refused to offer anything at all as a token of apology.

I will never have anything to do with this group or their subsidiaries again - I urge people to sidestep these guys and go elsewhere.

Finally, they tried to up-sell me to their package which includes a professional email.etc. But when I asked why they are so much more expensive than companies like Xero, their answer was that they have late night support - which Xero also has. If they had responded saying they were a local Aussie business that would have been enough. But they gave me bollix. This company is a black hole of idiocy. STAY AWAY.
