10What a massive Homeworld! We were there for hours and still didn't get to see all the show homes.
Not the best place for granny flat only options but all the other developments for a house are great. Open from 10am and there is a cafe apparently open from 8am
Great place to get inspiration for your next build. We used ideas from various HW builders to design our new home.

Plenty of homes to look at. Some of the home displays a really nice others not so nice but that's just a personal preference I'm sure everyone would be able to find something they like
Do not get trapped by the smile of the Sale Team, verbally agree with your specifications/wishes but everything changes after 5% deposit. I learned a lesson of 24 months construction time on a registered block in 2019 with a long list of defects like roof leaking, un-even tile laid etc when there was no excuse for Covid-19 or supply chain problem.
This place is absolutely brilliant. A large selection of fully furnished homes that can serve as an inspiration if you're planning to buy or furnish one.
Great selection of homes and builders. Could do with public toilets to allow you to stay longer and access more of the homes
Worth the drive to see a large variety of brands in one place. Each builder has 3-4 homes to check out. Does get quite busy particularly on weekends.
Although it’s very far away, and you need to drive to get there, it’s got a very large area with a wide variety of homes. The homes are all from different companies/builders but they’re all quite nicely presented. The map is also very easy to understand so you can find exactly what type of home you’re looking for. Only issue was that it was fairly difficult to find parking because it was so busy!
