The worst service ever took so long, and they only have partially finished.
I can't get them to Finnish or get a manager to return my calls.
So bad, please don't use them biggest headache I've ever had.

Only when I escalated 2 months of poor/no communication from HCR to a senior person (thank you Rebecca for your help here) after many hours/days/weeks of frustrating attempts to work out who was overseeing the work it looks like maybe now (fingers crossed) we'll get some of the work completed on what had been (and still is) and urgent job for a very elderly man/aged care issue.

My mother in law sustained damage to her property back on the 20th March 2021. Between NRMA poor response and sending out not qualified builders I decided to gain a quote from an independent builder. It all started out well they were punctual and professional. I was able to gain a scope of work & quote for the inside of the property and was advised I would need to pay $290.40 for a roofer to come out and quote on the roof. We paid. We received the scope of works but not a quote. In order to move forward with the work we had to provide NRMA both scope and quote. The roof was assessed back on the 26.11.21. Between then and now I have made over 20 phone calls to HomeCare requesting a quotation for the roof. It's now been over 7 months and Sydney has had a number of storms come through, causing further damage to the property both external (roof) and internal. I am not happy that it's taken this long for them to organise a quote for the roof. Now due to the number of months that have passed and the additional storms which have hit, more damage has occurd to the property. Why is it so had to issue a quote? Not happy.

We had a full disabled bathroom installed and from day one the service was excellent. Steve Price was the coordinator of all trades, all of which were very professional, experienced, trustworthy and respectful. We were kept informed every step of the way. All workers were amazing at keeping the job site clean and safe. Each day the builders packed up their gear and vacuumed all areas where they had worked. The caring attitude displayed by Steve and his crew was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this service. The end result was terrific

Glenn from HomeCare Repair installed 8 handrails in our home. He was well presented, articulate, courteous and his work was excellent. He even trimmed our timber side gate which was jamming. We highly recommend this company for any disability installations.

Logged a job on Tuesday over the phone. I was directed to the useless and confusing portal. No phone call. Portal said a suggested time was Friday. After no show, I called. It was not booked in. They said someone would call on 3x occasions. Still no call. No call mon, Tues or wed. It's been a week. What a waste of time.

I had these lovely people attend my property to do a full clean and spruce up. The quality of the cleaning is excellent and the cleaning team was pleasent and professional. The gardening was done to a very good standard and the gardeners were a delight to deal with, especially Scott. I am engaging them for ongoing cleaning and maintenence services. Everybody I have dealt with from the bookings ladies in the office to the trades has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I am referring Home Care Repair Australia to all my friends!

Homecare Repair renovated my bathroom en-suite to make it more useable and safer for me. I have a disability with limited mobility.
They designed and built a bathroom that is far beyond anything that I could have hoped for. I now have a non-slip tile floor with no shower enclosure to trip over and grab rails everywhere. They were professional, courteous and did their work as quietly as possible. Their project management and communications skills were impeccable. The only words I got back in response to any requests were "No Problems Kev".
I cannot recommend them highly enough.
