14Very friendly staff, always helpful. Nice Xmas gift items and variety of confectionery and drinks. I will definitely visit again.
The shop is lovely as you can always find what you need here. All of the services offered are excellent and the staff are all very polite and welcoming! The service is very friendly and very helpful!
Only 1 guy in there knows what he's doing, he's overworked & cares alot for customers.
With the 4 times I've visited he's always had new employees & constantly messing up, he's amazing, should get a payrise before y'all loose him.
Great service, very friendly staff. Very big range of greeting cards. Definitely will recommend them to anyone.
I was supposed to pick up a FedEx parcel. I called FedEx earlier that day and told me that the package has already been dropped off and is ready for pickup. The shop told me it wasn't there and I can wait for another FedEx driver which was expected to arrive which might have my parcel. They made me wait for 1.5 hours and in the end still couldn't find my package and left for home without it. 2 days after, FedEx redelivered my package to my home address and told me it was at the shop all along and he picked it up to redeliver to me. Thanks to FedEx wonderful customer service, but no thanks to this shop which gave me a lot of inconvenience.
Normally go there to buy my cigarettes, the owners are really friendly and nice. Would really recommend this shop.
Charges $1.20 for $1.10 stamp. Charges $25 for school work book that BigW sells for $12. What a joke. Rip off greedy person who I will never return to.
First time to go to this newsagent…I found the people very helpful & friendly.fantastic service
I will definitely go back
Would not even give 1 star, customer service is 20% satisfactory. Gave a key to be copied, didnot work at all, wasted my time and money.
Dry cleaning service is so bad they are not good our experience so bad no refund no sorry burn our blazer from them they are not agree
The owner is very friendly and professional. It seems like he makes the effort to get to know the locals. That's something that's missing from many places these days. I came there to collect a parcel as his shop is also a parcel drop off location for TNT etc. I'd be happy to come back to his shop again.
The Glass Indian Guy was so disrespectful and argue with me because I asked for a refund for coffee. Its there fault the coffee lids was full of cockroaches and particles.
Had a valuable parcel redirected here, whoever was working at the time was rude and impatient.
Hung up on me when I tried to clarify what someone would need to bring in order to pick up the parcel on my behalf.
If you don't want to help people with their mail, stop taking checks from Auspost to get parcels redirected to your store.
Shop refused to top up my opal card when paying by credit card, even though the charge 2% credit card fees! His excuse was I don’t make money on it! Why offer opal top ups in the first place? Would you rather accept cash so you don’t have to report the income? I said this is illegal, he said, I don’t care if it’s illegal
