Great small hardware shop, staff are always friendly and helpful, I always try to use these guys rather than Bunnings if I can.

How unfortunate the owner was so rude to us. We always try to support the little local guys. We spoke with two different employees who were just so helpful but on coming back to the store 1week later to pick up the item, we where met with this man who just about called us liars, that he didn't know who we spoke to, that our information was completely wrong. We are without the product we needed but he did give us the money back.
Won't be back here any time soon.

I visited the store today to pick up an item and was met by a staff member not wearing a mask, who I assumed had an exemption. Whilst not wearing a mask he not only interacted with me and other customers at the front of the shop but took me to the back of the store to retrieve my purchase. This meant he was not wearing a mask for the entirety of my visit. When my daughter asked why he was not wearing a mask I thought should call the store to confirm he had an exemption. When I did so, he informed me that he does not have an exemption and apologised which is not good enough because he put many people, including myself and my daughter, at risk. His weak apology did not excuse his completely dangerous and unacceptable actions.

Amazing customer service I received from Pat who exceeded my expectations and gladly will recommend this hardware store for product knowledge. Friendly can do attitude.

During this current lockdown shopping has become an online way of life but I was assisted on the phone with care.

These guys are amazing. I needed a door delivered to Jannali at short notice and they delivered it to me quick smart. Very reasonable prices as well. Thanks so much guys

I observed this store for a couple of days. The majority of the staff seem quite helpful with 1 or 2 staff which seem to have better things to attend to rather than attending to what's most important in a shop (The Customers).
That aside the remaining staff are extremely helpful and are more than happy to help there customers.

Horribly rude. My father asked for a part for the toilet. They said they would order it. Went back to see the progress of the order. Turns out they didn't order it. We mentioned to the gentleman that he said he'd order it. The bloke comments back rudely, arrogantly and with attitude, 'you told me 10 times'. Was only once. You want to help small business but not this one.

Very impressed with the friendly service, honest advice and competitive price. Would definitely go back again.

Call to find out if an item I wanted was physically in stock. The person on the other end was extremely rude. Sarcastically said he had plenty of time for me as I ask him multiple questions, which annoyed him, the final straw was when I asked ask him about the cost and his words were "are you serious". Seriously, how are they in business with service like this, they have lost my sale & many others after I tell them, don't bother contacting this store as there are plenty more places around with better and friendly service. Not worth any stars but I'll put one to get this out there.
