I have worked for homecaring Tweed Heads for 6mths now. I find Samantha the manager to be approachable, professional and have her staffs best interest in mind as well as the clients we support. The team I work with give our clients 110%. I highly recommend them as employers and care providers.
I have been working as a contractor with Home Caring Tweed Heads for the past 6 months. I have found the team at Home Caring to be amongst the best I have had the pleasure of working with. The management are excellent and keep contractors and staff updated and informed with changes to ongoing participant care. The team were great, the house manager was fantastic the care coordinator needs to get the sack from the NDIS, unscrupulous operations on her behalf. Not responding in a timely manner with an incident. Not willing to give me support with a Larygectomy tube reinsertion over the phone? I was seeking guidance for a new participant, she yelled down the phone WHATS THE PROBLEM!
