Amazing swimming center. The reception are fantastic and keep you up to date with any changes going on or events within the center.
The swimming instructors are so great with the kids and parents.
Water is clean.

My son does his swimming lessons here. The team have done an amazing job in teaching him how to swim I can’t recommend this place enough the staff, facilities and lessons are fantastic

I gave a 5 star rating previously but had a recent experience has forced me to change that rating.
I still agree that my son have a great learn to swim experience with very nice coaches.
But the billing system has very strange rules forcing me to do up front payment 2 monthes in advance to be able to use a voucher.
Not my first time to use such vouchers with a sports facility but your rules are very strange for me!

My grand daughter goes and she's made very comfortable by the girls and has a great time. Good instructors. They allow me to swim with her afterwards and don't charge me. Very thoughtful people

Its a good small pool with a great staff and from what I've seen great learn to swim trachers.

Can confirm the Learn to swim teachers are great, can't go wrong here.

FALSE Advertising and shouting at people. I started lessons in Nov 21 and the website says, 2 weeks free from your second month, never happened until I asked about it in Feb 22 and now they are saying we’d apply it from your March payment! Since Dec every lesson is with a different instructor and even last lesson the instructor joined 5 min late!
What a shame, it used to be a good place when they had more friendly people! They guy @ the reception was very unfriendly, loud voice! Never had someone in this place that unfriendly! When you do a mistake you should apologize not argue and fight people! I was asking for what you had on your website, are you false advertising and shouting at people!

Pool facilities are excellent! However, some of the staff need some help about how to deal with people from different backgrounds. One of the senior staff definitely need some training on 'how to stop cherry picking' and 'treating everyone equally'. Thanks!
