Based on the reviews I think I will choose to have my surgery in this hospital because I had a traumatic experience in Sydney Southwest Private Hospital Liverpool, let me try an see.

It was a wholesome experience when I had my cataract surgery on 7 July 2022 with Dr Kehdi.
An encounter that somehow tamed my fear and anxiety towards how the the medical process would go on.

The reception as well as the nursing staff have been efficient to contact patients advising the protocol and medical needs one has to undergo prior to surgery.
Justine and Nusrat had been accommodating and receptive to customers as they come along even in drove.
Emy, the nurse who attended to us on surgery day demonstrated her experience and expertise in dealing with preliminary eye checks and anaesthetics, moreover on meal provision.

I was really thankful that my surgery was done in Holroyd Hospital, which is just 10 minutes drive away from my place.
Likewise, I was really grateful to Liverpool Hospital for the overall surgery arrangement.

I thank God daily that we found this amazing hospital for dad. All the staff are amazing and take real pride in the care they provide. Dad is so well taken care of and having entered with mobility issues after surgery and dimentia he was challenged with his mind and the signals it was giving to his body. Holroyd through extensive physio and cognitive work daily has helped restore some self dignity and helped him get back to a mobility that sees him walking and taking the right cues when necessary around toileting and general movement. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a facility to not just house the elderly and loved ones under their care but to working with them to make them the best version that they can be with what has been served to them.
God bless all the staff from nurses to drs, to physios to interns- every person that has helped dad so much in his stay here ️

Got transferred from St George public hospital in Oct. Very impressed with the rehab program. Nurses led by Cara and the allied health team are very competent. Staff are very nice and supportive. After discharged, they also offer out patient rehab program. Highly recommended!

Post my bypass surgery, I was directed for the Heart Wellness Program to Holroyd Pvt Hospital. I was well taken care of by Varsha from induction to the completion of the program. Her team of Lisa, Maryem, Mandeep were always available during the entire length of my program. The due care given by each of them towards my needs to get my confidence and physical health. I recommend the entire staff at Holroyd including Justine, Dr. Rad, Nurse - Cynthia, dietician Simone we’re all wonderful to work with.
Thank you all to bring me back on my feet!

My elderly mother was a patient at the hospital for two separate visits totalling almost 7 weeks in late 2020.

The staff and Drs were all very supportive and only to happy to help. The hospital itself is a smaller private facility, which has a series of individual and shared rooms on offer.
The overall cleanliness of the facility was first rate, the staff very obliging and compassionate. The rehabilitation staff in particular, were wonderful to my mother and got her back on her feet so to speak. The rehabilitation program though constant is realistic and the result were amazing. I found the staff patient ratio to be good.
Management was very supportive and approachable.
Manager of Allied Health Services "Twisha" is very competent and available to answer all inquiries.
During an extended stay there will be hiccups always but the hospital were always happy to work out an option suitable for all.
They also offer day rehab programs which I highly recommend.
Overall we could not fault this facility given the outcomes they achieved.

My husband came home from hospital yesterday after spending 7 weeks here. I have nothing but high praise for the Dr who treated him, ALL the nursing staff including those from the Uni, Physiotherapists and catering /cleaning team. We found them to be lovely caring & compassionate and we were kept up to date with his progress. Meals were of a very high standard and the facilities were very clean. I found Covid conditions & requirements were followed despite less staff on weekends. Without the magnificent effort of everyone here, my husband would not have been able to improve as much as he did, enabling him to return home instead of looking for an aged care placement at 66yrs of age. My heartfelt and sincere thanks go out to absolutely everyone there. I doubt he could have been placed anywhere better.

After being transferred by westmead public hospital, my time at Holroyd Private was a fantastic experience with such wonderful nursing staff led by Cara, then her staff Neete, Beverley, Barbara, Loleta, Bibac, Sharon, and all the junior TAFE students that looked after me a huge thank you. Now all the physio team with a special mention to Alison, Mandeep, Sigh a great big thank you for getting me to walk again and up and down stairs without falling over. To the chef Sebastian and his staff thank you very much for the wonderful food you cooked and delivered every day. Then tbere was the 2 ladies that clean tbe hospital you do a fantastic job keeping tbe hospital spotless. A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF THAT MADE MY RECOVERY TO GET ME HOME AGAIN. My mother did her pain management program here. The staff were all so lovely and they really did treat her like family which was such a relief for me. Can't thank the team enough!

Do not go here! Staff are all students on first placement, very inexperienced and not supervised by any trained staff. Complained to management, nothing was done. On weekends visitors can just walk in without being COVID scanned at any time. Food is not good!

The staff were lovely but the whole hospital was totally disorganised.
They lost my chart 3 times.
The food was disgusting.
Never going there again.

This place has the feel of a run down retirement village, not of a hospital, particularly one which is supposed to have rehabilitative services.
Staff in particular Dr's come to work sick and infect patients.
Far too many 457 visa staff members.

Had day surgery. Admission was good, nurse asked a lot of questions but these were all relevant. All personnel were pleasant & helpful. Post surgery they fed me well. I don't want more surgery but if I did, Holroyd would be fine.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. Useless, unknowledgeable staff, no support, shocking bedside manner. Feels like patients are a burden to the staff! If I could give a -5 rating I would.
