I was shopping around for prices to repair my ipad pro screen but every other store needed a deposit to order the part in. I came across Hollywood and not only did they have the part in-store they were also cheaper than the other places.
The best thing here is that I could pick up my ipad repaired after I did my rounds of shopping and lunch with my daughter.

They were really helpful and made sure my ipad was repaired quickly and good. Highly recommended for repairs and they even gave me a discount on accessories, I had to ask for it but hey you just gota ask sometimes, you never know.

I have been coming here for years and they have always taken extra care of my needs along with providing professional service from the team. I got a new strong protective cover and they do a brilliant job with no bubbles on the screen guards, happy customer!

I was in cabramatta looking for quotes for my daughters ipad and phone. I came across Hollywood and they were very nice and helpful, they said my daughters ipad was bent in a few places and that they'll bend it back for me if they repaired it. So i left both devices for them to repair and when i came back to pick it up, they gave me free screen guards on top for the repair for free. Highly recommended for service and repair.

Got two phones fixed here at a great price with quality repair. Guy was very helpful, transparent and highly experienced.

Avoid this place! Replacement iPhone screen lasted 4 days and then stopped working. Dodgy owners even demanded I pay cash.

Got a screen replacement for my cracked iPhone 8 Plus screen. When I picked my phone and tested at the store found it was not sensitive to type any characters. I thought it was my fingers but it was quickly ‘fixed’. So took home and found the screen was not that sensitive but worse I couldn’t hear any sound on my earphones when someone call me.
Took back to store and the issue fixed. However, a week later, I found that using my phone was a pain, I couldn’t type a proper sentence. In addition, answering someone calls were a challenge.

Came back to the store, got a new screen replacement but it turned out worse! So sick of the service and the low quality of the replacement part. I lost the trust of the service and I didn’t want to lost half a day to come back again for the same issue.

At the end, I decided to order a screen replacement from online store and I replaced the screen by myself and now it’s all working with no touchscreen sensitive or earphones issues!

I dropped my iphone xs max in the water at the beach with all my family photos in it. I thought i would never get the photos back but the technician was able to fix my phone in roughly a week and help me get all my photos again. Thank you very much Hollywood Mobile!

Excellent repair service.
I came to the store last week to fix my iphone 6s screen. It was completely scratched and looks hopeless at that time. A good looking technician fixed it in just 1 hour with a really affordable price for student. My phone is working well for now. Thanks Hollywood.definitely gonna come back:)

Wasted 30 bucks on screen protector went back told have buy new protector.advised only on phone 4 days.good service but no care taken installing protector.

0 stars. Simple screen replacement and Andy the “repairman” actually broke my phone. It’s now a brick. He said “these things happen”.
