Extremely poor quality of service. I was recommended Holloway by two separate people, and have been extremely disappointed. I was overcharged and had to chase it up multiple times to get the refund processed. Many items were damaged, and after an extensive attempt at contacting the insurance company,

The movers themselves were incredibly rude and dismissive. They did not handle the items correctly, and loaded them up onto the truck poorly. Paint was scratched and hard surfaces were chipped. They even damaged the apartment they moved us into. They ignored us when we pointed out the damage they did on-site.

The service was extremely expensive, and I thought that paying more money would have meant better service.

I will be contacting Fair Trading to get my money back for this egregious misconduct.

Igor and Lucas from Holloway were the BEST! Moving is always a nightmare and both Igor and Lucas made the move so much easier. Professional, courteous, friendly and efficient the guys from Holloway will definitely be our choice when we move again! Not a single thing broken and everything handled with care. Thanks so much!

We booked for a particular time slot and they didn't make. They kept on saying in 1hr they will reach and they didn't. Ending up waiting for more then 4 hrs and still they were asking for 1hr more. Found extremely unprofessional, I highly don't recommend them, Don't go by the positive reviews I think these are paid reviews or there own staff reviewing.

We ended up cancelling this service and went ahead with a better provider

I booked for storage service between 12.00 - 4.00 pm. They never arrived making my colleagues wait for the entire period

3rd time we have used them in two months, different team - but exceeded all expectations. Professional, punctual and got the job done. Will absolutely use again.

The ladies who came and packed did an excellent job. The men who did the moving both for storage and from house to house did an excellent job. Holloway was understanding and flexible when we had to change the timing, and they also picked up the packing materials, which was a godsend.

Best experience with removalist ever.
They just did my gym. Complicated equipment and access was difficult as the plaza did not allow us to use the Escalator. They paid special care for all equipment and asked for no variations. Highly recommend them

Just a short note to say thank you to you and your team for helping us move over the weekend. From my initial enquiry with Felisha for our move which was booked quite last minute, Tim and Tony's pre-move check in calls, right down to delivery and unpacking of our things in our new place, everything went perfectly. Nothing was broken, the price was excellent, the guys who moved us were great and very efficient and took a lot of care in looking after our stuff. So thank you.

Pedro and his team were the best removalists we have ever used. Not only were they value for money, nothing was to big a task. They were helpful, accommodating and considerate of our things. Paul and Richard came early in the morning, leaving In the evening. Working relentlessly all day, they moved boxes and other belongings where ever they needed to go with a smile on their face. Great service, nothing damaged, these guys took care and pride in their jobs.

I did not like the way t but e invoice was presented. There is no evidence if the deposit or a break down of the invoive. I was told $150 per hour. I need a breakdown pleas.
