I've never stuck with a gym membership until joining Holistic! Such a fun gym that is run by absolute legends. I love the variety of each class and of course the social vibe where all the girls are so friendly and supportive of one another. I have made many new friends, of all ages. I enjoy celebrating their fitness achievements as well as my own and walking out feeling Fierce!

As their name states - a perfect Holistic approach to a healthier way of life. Holistic is a great place where I can be myself with no judgement. All the ladies are amazing and it’s a perfect place to exercise but more importantly for mental health. I Love Holistic

Not just a gym! They provide support, coaching, care and friendship. We go for the sessions but stay for the vibe and tribe that they have created. Love you ladies

I look forward to going to my exercise classes every time! Holistic Health and Movement is for women organised by some fabulous ones and this shows in everything they do. The personal touches they add to their business, care with their clients and adaption of exercises to your ability make you feel welcome all while having fun.

I tried out quite a few places on the Peninsuala before I discovered Holistic. To be honest, nothing else compares. The sessions are hard but fun. Classes sizeable enough to have great atmosphere but not so big that you get lost. The people amazing. So friendly. I like that they know who I am and what my needs are. They will cater to any injuries or life stages. They've been totally suportive over covid, providing reasonably priced Zoom classes. Can't wait to get back in the gym though.

Holistic is awesome. The lovely ladies who run it have such positive ethos and values, and whole heartedly support healthy lives, not just healthy bodies.
The 9: 30 creche is fab for Mums with babies/toddlers.

Holistic is the best!
Women emporing women everyday. The trainers, the vibe, the classes and exercises are all incredibly motivating.
The creche on site for 9.30am classes is fantastic. Amy is nurturing, fun and the kiddies adore her.

Holistic is such a friendly, happy and motivating place to work out. There are women of all ages and fitness levels with classes to suit everyone. I have found my happy place I can escape to several times a week.

I have trained with Holistic since it’s beginning and what I’ve found is not only a functional and convenient place to exercise but also a community of wonderful, hilarious and supportive women. This has made exercising and learning new views on nutrition a joy and not the chore it once was.

Having not exercised in a group enviornment for some time, I was nervous about joining anything new. I should’nt have worried; Holistic Health & Movement is a supportive space with trainers who genuinely care about their clients. Classes are always different and structured in a way to ensure maximum results but are also good for anyone of any fitness level; the trainers offer alternatives for each exercise and can tailor it to any fitness level or for anyone with injuries. The trainers share and celebrate in all our wins, be it weight loss, fitness related or “non-scale victories”. I am so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone joined, because I feel so much better meantally and physically.

The trainers make you feel so comfortable. If I’m ever unsure about anything, correct technique, nutrition or general life questions, they never hesitate to help me. They know everyone, and they genuinely care about us all. From remembering who can’t do certain exercises due to injuries, to remembering goals & mental barriers you want to break. After not training for quite some time, I was so nervous but it was all taken away within my first session. I want to be better because of Holistic and I can’t thank them enough for getting me back to it! ️

Holistic is like my second home. I love coming every single morning. The trainers are amazing and always make you laugh. Training is always fun and you get easily addicted! Holistic made me fall in love with exercise and healthy eating. I have never been so fit, healthy and happy! I cannot recommend them enough! I love the variety of exercise- strength, cardio, boxing and yoga. The times make it easy for people to train before or after work or even mid morning that are great for mum and little kiddies.

Training with Holistic is the best part of my day! The women in this group are so friendly - we always enjoy a laugh or two during each session; the environment that’s been created here is the best! The trainers at Holistic are extremely supportive, in all facets of well-being and are passionate about helping every member reach their goals and beyond. With so many classes available, there’s never any excuse to not train. After every session I always leave feeling motivated, stronger and super sweaty
