I had an amazing massage and reiki session with Alma today. We have been part of her and Steve’s clientele for years along with my whole family. We keep coming back to this wonderful family owned business.
It was sad last year during COVID that we couldn’t attend but I was so happy to hear that the business opened up again COVID safe and ready to massage again.
Alma is such a calming beautiful soul and can relax me every time I attend. Today was no different. I went in there with a sore neck that had been there for weeks and stiffness in my muscles. As usual Alma massaged all my tension away and the pain in my neck has gone. I can’t wait for my next massage in a month with your heavenly touch. Thank you Alma.

I cannot rave enough about Alma and Steve they are just so kind and wonderful! I have been seeing Alma for well over 4 years since I did some serious damage to my back and the improvement has been phenomenal! I am always greeted with a hug and a smile and walk out feeling refreshed and relaxed. I had my first ever reiki session a few weeks ago due to anxiety and fertility concerns. My husband and I had seen all the specialists, tried acupuncture etc and had no such luck and no issues discovered. I found myself in such a negative mindset and knew that my mindset could be causing the problem. I was nervous for my appointment with Alma, but she was so calm and relaxed and made me feel at ease straight away. During my appointment I was able to visualize myself being pregnant and with a child for the first time. This was a big moment for me. Alma was so kind and compassionate throughout the whole experience and gave such great advice after the appointment. I’m pleased to report, it worked! 6 weeks after the appointment we received the news we have been waiting for. I’m ever so grateful for this positive experience and have recommended Alma to many friends. I can never thank you enough.

This place has a lovely relaxing, healing vibe (as well as interesting items for sale) and is a welcoming oasis in the heart of Penrith. Alma is a very professional, caring and nurturing therapist. I will be back.

Back in 2008 I was very unwell, my neurosurgeon recommended that if I hadn’t done things I wanted to do they need to be done now. I was then guided to holistic healing into the healing hands of Steve and Alma who have helped to keep my physical and overall well being on track! How’s that for 11 years later.
