Holiday Inn Warwick Farm

This is a hotel that hosts a sports bar and pokies. Food is okay but don't expect good service and you may have to queue to order food while available staff hang around doing as little as possible, you know the type!

Make sure you pack your phone charges. They charge you $5 per hour if you happen to ask for one.

Really nice food and fast service. Nice atmosphere and nice place for a good chat and good food.

We travel the whole of Australia and would have to be the most help full and courteous staff so polite and easy to understand, the food was Amazing and the service from Maria both on the phone and at the counter was exceptional she managed to cater for all our needs and questions absolutely recommend this place

I have been to a lot of Holiday Inn’s around the USA and Canada, and this is BY FAR the best Holiday Inn I’ve stayed at. The scenery is beautiful, staff is super accommodating and friendly, the restaurant in the hotel lobby has pretty good food, breakfast was very good and breakfast staff worked very hard during our stay, the gym was a little small but still nice. The only thing I wish they had was more washer and dryer machines because people staying at the hotel were taking out other people’s clothing and setting them aside in order to use the machines which was not staff’s fault whatsoever, it’s just people at the hotel being inconsiderate and a bit rude. Overall very nice for Holiday Inn, would definitely come here again if I came back to Sydney.

Friendly and attentive reception staff in a well maintained lobby. Housekeeping and public area cleaners did a great job throughout without fault. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and well stocked.
Ample parking and a great location on the Hume Hwy.

Rooms are smaller, cleaners are terrible, and didn't cleaned our room and left dirty toilet with drops of urine of previous guest

Overall experience was very understanding and excepting the trans community. They tailored and made me very comfortable definitely recommend

Excellent receptionist CLARA and super helpful.
Attentive Front disk Manager (last Saturday night).
Shampoo, conditioner and hand cream are (high quality). Bathroom amenities were completed in an elegant box.
NO Hairdryer unfortunately.
The room's phone was not working.
No complimentary Water, however coffee, tea and herbs were complimentary.
The pool was super dirty.
The GYM doesn't have appropriate dumbbells weights for women (2-3-4-5 kg).

The room was nice and clean. Staffs were very nice and professional. The food was amazing. I enjoyed my stay and definitely will be back.

We stayed here for our friends wedding reception. Staffs are very friendly. Food was great and flavourful, I am usually not happy with the food served in alternate drop but the food was of great quality, presentable and full of flavors. Among all the staff Misfa and Lida from F&B team were stand outs. Both of them are hreat assets to the organization. Thanks

Not an area we normally visit, and since I had something to do, we booked a room for the night. The welcome was warm and friendly, with Gaby being a gracious host.

We found a wonderful reason to come back, so I'm confident of another booking when we're able to find the time.

Stayed there for 5 days the service is ok except free wifi. The wifi was so weak I have to literally re connect every 2 to 3 minutes need much improvement we stayed in 3rd floor

Nice place but booked accommodation for one night while working the Cabramatta Moon Festival and was made to feel like a criminal when checking in. Wouldn't book my business accommodation here again due to that.

Love it! Clean, rooms are big & so are the beds, gym, laundry facilities, outdoor pool, staff are super friendly & more than happy to help you, great food & room service. Easy to find.

The Reception Staff were SUPERBLY HELPFUL in every way! We were requesting a lot of changes to the accommodation and last minute check in leading up to the event of my daughter's wedding reception at the hotel, they were so accommodating and helpful. Great place for an event, a short stay and even a family getaway.
