30Excellent clean rooms. Quite comfortable. Breakfast, although not included in the room rate, was real good value at an extra $25.
DONT BOOK FOR BREAKFAST
There was nothing to eat!
with half the breakfast price, you can get a very decent breakfast anywhere else.
Reception staff friendly and efficient - very clean room and a good size. Bathroom very clean. Quite & relaxing. Access to club a 2 minute walk.
Struggled to find a clean plate in Signature restaurant for breakfast after the soccer game even though there were 6 piles of so called washed plates lift your game
Very rude manager and unprofessional.
Lack of knowledge to resolve issues.
Toilet door wasn’t working and with kids lot of inconvenience happened, didn’t provide us any other room on same night, told all other rooms booked out even though it’s shows on line.
Toilet seat was yellowish color felt like a cheap motel.
The accessible room I booked for my mum and myself exceeded our expectations. The room layout is fantastic and the bathroom was massive easily catering for my mothers wheelchair.
Whilst this property is a standard Holiday Inn, the service we received from reception is what made our stay memorable. Debbie is a star and should be made CEO of the Saints Group
The club next door is the only real option for eating dinner as there is not much else nearby. When we had trouble getting in to the Club (left photo ID at home!), Debbie sprung into action, calling the Duty Manager to find a work-around for us. We made it into the Club for dinner!
It is rare these days to find someone willing to “go the extra mile” for guests. Thanks for your help Debbie
Clean and quiet with good service. About an hour’s drive to the city, but easy access to the Blue Mountains and Penrith.
Found my diamond! Literally. I lost the diamond out of my engagement ring, and only realised once we had checked out. A cleaner spotted it on the floor of the lift and handed it in. True story. Remarkable honesty, and I’m just so grateful. But even before that, we thought this hotel was just excellence all round. Demi and her team were faultless over a very busy and wet weekend. New hotel, clean and comfortable with great showers and bath products, and fully equipped gym. Breakfast and dinner next door at the club also great, lovely staff there too. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
We had to make a last minute booking. Demi - the service agent - was very kind to make the arrangements for us over a busy long weekend when the whole Sydney was booked out. She was very polite and friendly to deal with. She made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The rooms were comfortable.

Had to organise some group training and the conference room was perfect and staff where very helpful and accommodating.
Clean and comfortable. St Mary's club next door is OK, Macca's close by for that late night feed.
Professional efficient service, Staff at Holiday Inn and Waterstone Grill were warm and courteous, will come back.
There was no hot water in the room. The thermostat for the 2nd floor was broken. They fiddled with it and only scalding water came out. I was moved to another room on the same floor. The same problem. They said there was no maintenance available. So I spent $200 to stay in a hotel in which I could not shower. They refused any refund or compensation. My worst hotel experience in Australia ever.
Absolutely amazing staff members who always go above and beyond. I have stayed numerous times and never had one complaint. The rooms are a great size, always clean, super comfortable bedding (I even purchased pillows because they are that great), I absolutely love the fact I can connect my Netflix account to the tv. The service and quality you get is incredible for how affordable the hotel is. The only hotel I choose to go to for weekend get aways!

The Suite was beautifully appointed and very clean we will be back again. We added photos to show how beautiful the accommodation is.
Other than not being booked in correctly, staff awesome and room was excellent. Comfortable, clean and roomy.
These guys know how to treat their customers. Their customer focus and service is second to none. They are friendly, professional and very accommodating. The food is absolutely awesome. These guys are the best.
You feel as you are in the most expensive hotels but you are not the beauty of the hotel simple and true the way it is supposed to be
