These sandwiches are awesome! Everything is done fresh and quickly, individual changes are no problem! Price/performance is more than fair here in my opinion! Gluten-free/gluten-free is also available here! Were here several times in 4 days:)

Ordered the chicken prosciutto sandwich which tasted nice. But the low review is for the speed of service - 33mins from order to receive.

I was notified there would be a delay when ordering but its not really good enough service or product to wait that long.

Wheelchair accessible. Such yummy sandwiches! Have known of this place for years but always forgot it was there - a little hidden gem. They even have their own app where you can order ahead of time so you can grab and go.

If you want friendly staff, well-made tasty sandwiches (and the coffee/pastry choices) then stop by here!

Great sandwiches. We’ve tried Chicken Prosciutto (on the photo) and Spicy Salmon (was eaten before the photo), just perfect balance of the ingredients. You can order from the menu or mix whatever you like. Wide range of breads (multigrain, Turkish, brown etc.) Totally recommend it!

Food are great, but waiting time pretty long. Looks like shortage if staff, can't get my phone order went through and have to wait 20 minutes.

Painstakingly slow service. Avoid this place if you’ve got places to go. We waited 39 mins for a sandwich today, almost twice what we were warned before we ordered (20 min wait). The sandwich was ok.

Quite a dry sandwich with what seems like tinned mushrooms rather than fresh. For $8 though I guess it was expected

Service is a little slow, it took them 20 minutes to make my sandwich, and there were maybe 5 people waiting ahead of me when I ordered. So I would suggest ordering in advance. Sandwich itself was decent though.

Took almost 10min before they started making my sandwich with only two other customers and 3 staff on.
Simple ham & salad sandwich, took 30sec. I didn’t have time for them to toast it in the end.
Staff didn’t even interact with me or smile.

Walked into this place not expecting much, just got a coffee and thought I'd try a sandwich. Coffee was top notch, sandwich turned out to be the best sandwich I've had in my life.

Sandwiches are always fresh, delicious, and generous. It really is a hole in the wall, so you might miss it the first time you try to find it. I recommend ordering online early, to cut down want time, because it gets very busy at lunch. Option to make your own vegan sandwich, including vegan cheese!

I’ve ordered the Tempeh Burger that my friend suggests me. I miss the place for the first time but I’ve finally found the place a bit in the hole.
It’s suitable for vegetarian option.

Good Sandwiches, Good Coffee however Poor salads that are full of Oil. I got pretty sick eating one of their pasta dishes - these a good 3-5 table spoons of oil in a box (pretty gross). Also the Roast vegetables seemed to be stale on a monday.

3.5: This place was kind of hard to find. You'd think a hole in the wall would literally be a shop U might miss but it would still be in the main walkway but it is inside a building. I rang them up to check where their exact location is because the GPS says something off track. Thankfully though a guy must've noticed that I am lost and thought I might just be looking for the shop so he went out and told me where it is. I ordered chicken prosciutto in a multigrain bread and it was good. It was toasted quite well. You can really taste the meat in their and the peppery taste of the rocket which goes well with their homemade mayo. I had to wait much longer than expected though. The staff were lovely and they have a lot to choose from sandwiches, pasta, salads, sweet treats and your much needed caffeine boost. I might try ordering online thru YQMe where you can order it in and your order will be ready in a few minutes.

4.8 - Great Coffee and I got two pieces of mint chocolate to go with it as well! I waited a bit longer than I expected but it was all good. (They had closed up shop but were still making last minute coffees at 3: 30pm when I appeared.)
