Cancelled our order from another flooring shop because they brought us wrong planks. This really sucks because it delayed us for a month to move in. Thank god we met Frank. He offered us very quality floor. And the installation guy Shally did a very good job. Good customer service as well! Love the way our flooring looks like! Highly recommended.

Last week I bought my 5th Persian rug from Persian art gallery in the last 10 years, I keep going back as the staff are very freindly and helpful on a number of occasions they have bought a number of rugs for me to try at home and have swapped out until we were happy. We went looking for good quality rugs, and came across Persian Art Gallery. The staff went out of their way to find the best products for the areas we wanted them for, and gave us service beyond usual expectations. Dean and his team ensured the rugs were installed properly. They all look absolutely fabulous at our place. They were a pleasure to deal with and highly recommend anyone looking for quality products and great service with very friendly staff

Over the last two months, I have bought SEVEN rugs here, ranging from a doormat to a 3x2 meter traditional Persian rug. They are all beautiful, even the doormat! They have held up to wear and vacuuming, and look fantastic in my home. I particularly recommend the handmade wool rugs in traditional Persian designs and machine-made wool-silk blends (pictured, along with a hallway runner). Both are a pleasure to stand or sit on.more than a pleasure: a delight. And the prices were startlingly reasonable. You can buy a gorgeous, startlingly comfortable rug for hundreds (not thousands) of dollars. Highly RECOMMENDED.

Poor customer service upon entering store - Two staff greeted us with ‘are you buying? ’ ‘We are very busy’ - Odd sales skills.

Got aspire hybrid floorboards from them last year for renovation. Great service, smooth delivery and installation, looks amazing & easy to care. I then purchased a rug later with a loyalty discount, also great quality! A truly 5-star experience shopping here.

Recently purchased some engineered timber flooring from the Kensington store where my experience was satisfactory - very pleasant staff. However, the quoting/installation team were below average and did not take care in actually understanding the job. The installation was complete on a Monday, then the following day there was major un-levelling in the floor. I was happy to pay the difference on site for the levelling but the fact that they did not even give it any attention baffles me. They were happy to come back, re-level and re lay the floor but even up until now, there are issues minor issues. I've given up on trying to rectify any issues because I know they won't be satisfactory.
The shop staff were pleasant but the sub contractors were of poor standard unfortunately.

Quite a poor experience with this place. Talked a good game, but when it came to details of what would be done and at what cost, it was very difficult to get a straight answer. Then when they came to lay the flooring they tried to rush it in one day and didn't do a very good job. I had to chase them to come back to do it properly, after having to come back twice, they still haven't done the job properly and now they are delaying coming back in. Some of the 'scotia' they put down has completely come away.

I bought a rug from them last year. After I take it home, I found out that it is not the right size, they easily accept it and replace with a correct size. It looks amazing now!

A few months ago Hojjati Persian Art Gallery installed waterproof Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) Hydroplank flooring in my kitchen. I am very happy with the result. It looks great, the price was right and the job was done on time. Great service from Frank and Dean in the Moore Park SupaCenta store. Thank you!
