Had lovely attentive and helpful service here when shopping for a sewing light today. I didn't buy today, but will be back for it!

I am really happy with the service, I can buy my new machine with the click and collect option. I'm very happy with the advice I receive when I come here. For me I'd rather have better quality advice. Highly recommended.

I spoke to the manager on the phone seeking advice on an overlocker, she was very helpful with expert advice. 2021-04-20

The lady was really helpful, and she gave me lots of helpful tips and tricks to use with my sewing machine. I went back to get an overlocker and she gave me sound advice on which one is the best one to use to save time. She was prompt to give me a full demonstration. Knowing I was a repeat customer she also gave me a discount, which I was pleasantly surpised. Will be coming back. I opened the new machine and it comes already threaded and ready to go. Brenda was right it is a really good machine.

Friendly ataff, with up to date covid sign in process. Has a large selection of sewing things and fabric. Highly recommended, literally right next to the train station.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience shopping at Hobbysew Hornsby. The store is modest in size so the fabric selection is limited but it stocks an impressive selection of sewing accessories and tools. The staff was also extremely helpful, taking the time to answer my questions and offered useful sewing advice. I'm looking forward to shopping here again.

Great customer service. I phoned after trying to ring around to other stores and sending an email via online website to another store. This store at least has taken my name and number and promises to let me know when the stock is coming in.

Friendly helpful staff, convenient location and well stocked for sewing and crafting needs. Fabrics are mostly for quilting but the haberdashery range is great.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Stood in shop for 20 minutes waiting to purchase an item from the shelf. 3 staff in operation - one was cutting fabric for a customer at the desk, wouldn’t make eye contact or acknowledge me. Another one came through the shop, looked at me then proceeded to make a phone call! Third person came through and chatted to another customer about personal stuff, nothing to do with business - then she finally acknowledged and served me. Really strange behaviour.

Never enter this store. Rude staff who treat you very poorly. Ever since Tina's closed this is the only place to go. But you could drive 20kms and get a quicker and better service. That's what I am doing now. Why pick up the phone with a line of customers waiting? Really!
