Lots of fun coming here, usually just do window shopping but there are lots of interesting things wish I had money to buy!

Amazing staff and customer service. I didn’t catch their names but the staff who helped me pick out a Father’s Day gift were so friendly.

Always has everything except what you need. Good for hobbies but not so much for gaming or dnd. More Warhammer vibes

Great selection, it is worth paying 30 bucks a year for membership to get 10% off full price items. You can buy lego here for the same price as the official lego store but saving 10% each time really adds up.

Great little spot for LEGO and model kits. Staff are always friendly and I generally stay a lot longer than expected when in store.

Nice store with lots of toys for kids. Good take off sales. Plenty of plastic models and painting and glue.

New to Bandai kits and decided to go in today to buy some nippers and other tools

so happy with the customer service and help that I received, spoke with James for roughly 20 minutes and he gave me nothing but the best help and was so patient answering all my questions

Bought a MG justice Gundam at this store. Did some spray painting and fluorescent decoration, great!

It's hobbyco, but at a smaller scale. If you're looking for the selection you have in the QVB, you're better off going elsewhere. However if you're on the hunt for some board games, toys, model making kits and equipment, then this is the right spot for you.

They've got a great selection of paint, across a number of brands, and a bunch of Japanese imported tools from Tamiya, MrHobby, and others.

James was and is absolutely brilliant! He managed to find and procure a rare model of a Porsche 944 Turbo which has alot of meaning to me and my family. Long story short, this model is a representation of my father's rally car which got stolen and trashed. My father died this year so this model is for my 10 year old nephew to build with his father (my brother) together which has big significance. James was super a tentative and pulled out all the stops to get this model in, I teared up when I received it.

Great stock for a small store had all the model aircraft I wanted and the staff were shy but other than that great place for mode kits

They have a large range of different model kits to choose from, I like making the Gundam ones, they are reasonably priced and the staff are helpful too!

Great rang of Lego, puzzles, toys, planes and etc.but all of them are overpriced compared with Target & BigW, even Toymate.
Took one star off cause of price.

This store is smaller than the hobbyco store at Rhodes. Not many stock at all. The customer service is very ordinary. Over staff but the service quality is not good. It seems like they lack the product knowledge. There is this supervisor who is an Indian bloke with a shaved baldy head thinks like he owns the store or something. Do some work instead of just standing there giving out commands to your junior staff. They are actually doing some work unlike you Mr lazy sup!
One positive note about this new store is that it's clean and that's about it.
