As a loyal customer for the past five years, I've purchased all my LEGO sets from this store, with price matches few times, including the Yamaha bike LEGO I bought on September 21st lately. However, today, the staff repeatedly denied my request for a price match and suggested I go to Myer. What particularly frustrated me was that manager said they haven't done price matches in the last 10 years. He could have just said they don’t do price match anymore instead of this dismissive attitude and information

Best Hobbyco shop in Sydney ever! The staff there are very friendly and warm hearted, the gundam tools they introduced and suggested are working perfectly good on my models. Also their stock range is very wide, easy to find your favourite gundam models here.

Good store for the small size. Features a great library of figures, model kits and more. Aidan and Harry are 10/10 staff members.

Great staff working here. They are passionate and knowledgeable about model building and the products available in store so it is a good place to go to find out the best items for your model builds

The manager who served me was very polite to me and we were able to chat for a little bit which I found was great.

Very friendly staff but the range of die cast models has all but disappeared. Still a great place for models and toys.

This hobbyco always has something my wife has that other hobbyco doesnt have somehow. She's happy, I'm happy.

Great selection of models, Gundam, Star Wars, Puzzles, Lego, Train stuff.friendly staff Harry, Aden and Robert have been very helpful in always helping me find what I need!

Hobbyco in Rhodes is pretty good,
I usually go to the store in QVB but sometimes they only have the things I want here…
Other than the store being small in size there’s nothing I can complain about.

I have loved coming to Hobby Co since I was a young child.
I still get the same happiness walking through the Hobby Co doors all these years later.
It’s wonderful see there still going strong in the wonderful Sydney CBD QVB, and bring my own kids here now.

Extremely expensive. 2 stars are for the customer service. Sales men at the register were really nice and told us that the toy we were buying was not Age appropriate for my 5 year old.

The best place for Ravensburger puzzles?

Home of the super rare art collection puzzles by Ravensburger. I was lucky enough to find two of these in store so I got both.

The staff in here are literally the best in customer service. So friendly and helpful. They’re not there to sell, they’re there to help you find what you’re looking for.

The staff are friendly and always seem willing to help. I was served by Charles and he helped me find a set that I would not have decided on by myself. One of my favourite Hobbyco stores by far

The shop has various Bandai Gundam series, figure models, Tamiya Pla-models, Painting tools and kits, and etc. They only sell good quality products. Definitely a good place to have a look.

Very good service and I got some of the best advice from there. Not every staff member is well versed in the knowledge about paints which I'm after, but when that person is around, best advice given.
