Over 25 years in hospitality business, this is the first time I called for service without given a quotation first but with trust so let it go. Money was cut months after with price shocking, called customer service 3 times for invoice, called again try to figure it out how it could be that high price, girl on the phone hang up on me, never again

If you want to call their service Please ask their price before give them your credit card no.
Completely shocking how much they charged. 750$ for half hour part changing
Money cut from account 2 months after service with No invoice sent to us
Incredibly expensive nearly 400$ an hour
Never again.

Not worth doing any sort of business with them, they will rip you off at every opportunity

We purchased a 12 month old Hobart Glasswasher from Silverchef, in the 12 months we had it we spent over 5k fixing it, we sold the machine and purchased a new Winterhalter, 9 months later (last week) we got charged $1600 for a service that they claimed took place 10 months prior, money just came up out of our account. I emailed twice, go no response, called spoke to accounts who said they would send over the service report to prove the $1600, week has passed never got anything back, since then I have emailed and again and am yet to get a response. First one star review for me, Ive turned into a loser. THANKS HOBART.

Shocking service. They charge like Barristers in 15 minute increments, will never buy another single Hobart product. We bought a Hobart washer for our corporate headquarters as we do a lot of functions, the product was 5 days over 12 months, we had paid $9,500 for this unit, and cost $1,700 to repair, the hard pill to swallow was the incredible rates they charge for an appliance serviceman. Way to go Hobart

Rang on Tuesday to arrange a service call for a dishwasher. Details were taken and I was advised I would be called back. Thursday still had not heard anything. Rang again and left my details again for a call back as I was told the supervisor was out for 15mins. Still haven't heard anything by 11pm tonight. Bad service for such a supposedly reputable company. Will not be buying a Hobart dishwasher when this one needs replacing.
