53Always a good options for cheap clothes. The customer service looks always exhausted and ia not helpful. I prefer H&M before, now they bring more home things and this is out of place. Goos policy for exchange and you can order online. Become a member and you can get $10 off
I went to H&M at the Pitt St on 14th December in the afternoon and I was so disappointed about the staff member there. I bought a coat and was still waiting to my friend. There a staff came to me and said that they will close in 10 mins and be quickly pay for anything I want. And even I already left the store for a while, she still ask an other guy following me and asked for the receipt. If I haven’t pay for the coat, the security chip will activate the warning alarm when I pass by the entrance. This is the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. I’ll never ever come back. Thanks!
Huge store! You could easily spend an hour or two in here browsing. Good prices for fast fashion. It can be hard to find the sizes you want sometimes though (you can get it online instead).
The change rooms here are usually very busy, though the ones downstairs are generally quieter. Registers can get busy too, but the staff work efficiently and the queue moves quickly.
Really great place to buy wide range of clothes and great customer service. Really appreciate Bart today who helped with everything 5+ stars for his customer service.will visit again soon.
Amazing clothes but they really need to hire more staff. And maybe train them in more polite customer service. It's always a hit and miss. Practically impossible to get help in the bigger stores.
Massive H&M shop. You will find clothes for kids, man and woman here. There is also a home deco section. My wife love this store.
Dropped in to H&M in Sydney while visiting the city. My wife loved looking at the wide variety of fashion items and was delighted to pick up a real bargain designer jumper.
Good lighting, easy to navigate and friendly staff.
Great gear for the home, the kids, men and woman. Can't believe how cheap it is, look your best at a low price
Had great shoppong experience with this store but had to cut 2 star for not getting proper size.
I'm a big time H&M fan and this outlet was no surprise. Bang on CBD, great vibe. Loved the place
Super friendly, helpful, and some good buys to be found amongst the displays.
Good range of styles formal to casual for all budgets
One of my favorite clothing brands. Always good for a change in wardrobe. Always wear last year's otherwise you'll be dressed exactly the same as most other males in the room.
Not a good experience this time with H&M Sydney CBD branch in respect to counter staff. Original prices are scanned rather than the discounted prices (labeled price). I was charged $174 for a $115 shopping which makes it %51 extra! It’s so disappointing that, without advising the customer, the labeled prices are ignored and a different price is taken and you need to make your way all the way back to the store to let the staff know that these items are on sale! Would have been nicer if ‘apologies’ had been offered, at least!
A painfull shopping experience. The fittings rooms on 2 nd floor were closed and all people were asked to go 2 floors down to try their clothes. The staff could be seen having a gala time at the fittings rooms with all fitting rooms full of hangers and left over clothes from the earlier occupants.
Very bad experience with the staffs that work at H&M near mid city. I couldn't even check the stock in the other store or give a call to find out the stock. I've been going around to find the baby tight. I hope each stores branch have the contact number that we can check the product before i go. Not convenient when you come long way to buy the particular item and the don't have it. It would better if we can contact the stores first.
This H&M store was amazing, absolutely enormous for H&M.
It was great to see the inclusion of wheelchair accessible areas, the shop has ramps on the lower level for people to access. It also has wheelchair elevators to access parts of the store you wouldn't be able to in a wheelchair, such as the home section and the women's jewellery.
Staff were friendly and willing to help, although it could be difficult to find help at times due to the large size of the store.
This H&M store was massive! 3 levels and a huge array of clothing.
However it was a little disappointing to see Staff talking to their friends instead of assisting customers who actually need help.
Great place to shop for excellent variety of clothing with good value. Friendly & helpful staff are able to assist. Easy to get too as well in Pitt st mall.
A great variety of stylish clothing reasonably priced. Catering mostly to youthful ladies but also stylish pieces for us elder women. As I'm still a tom-girl, I bought a summer striped t-shirt. Chose a lovely blue striped cotton shirt but not the right fit. A must to try clothing on although we are a specific size, our bust, shoulders may be slightly bigger/smaller.
Overall good store, men's range is limited and also has limited staff in the men's floor as well but the products themselves are good as well. Men's premium cotton plain shirts are a bit pricey but worth considering as the quality is higher than most others you will find in mainstream department stores for the price. Easiest access is walking from St James station if you're travelling via public transport.
