The hourly rate is distasteful but industry standard, however THAT min hour rate (4-6) is just disgusting.
Don't expect the parts to be sold at cost or +20% (Trade cost $380, sell price $770)
Don't expect them be a professional company and locate your details even if you have the quote and invoices. A different department is the same to them as a different planet.
I am moving company maintenance contract elsewhere and I advise you to do the same, because when you need their help they will rip your pants to your knees and take your wallet while they are at it.
