I would like to say that dealing with Renee at Hire Express Blacktown was an absolute pleasure. There aren’t a lot of companies that offer SERVICE anymore but Hire Express obviously make sure that SERVICE is key in their business. We have only hired their ONCE and Renee has already reached out to get us on a better rate with hiring exclusive to them and there is no one better or more deserving to get my business. Thanks Renee and Hire Express lookout! If I can afford her… one day you might be in trouble!

Mark and Renee were a breath of breath of fresh air compared to multiple other - much larger - companies, when I was required to gather quotes for a couple of jobs my company were doing. Didn't matter which one I spoke to, both knew exactly what I was talking about, which shows they have great communication between the two of them. The big job got cancelled fairly late, however, when I ended up needing some items very, very last minute for the second, smaller job, they could not have been more accommodating to help me and get the items to me the same day.

Very impressed, and would definitely return if we require anything else in the future.

Poor communication and customer service. Resulted on us being charged multiple times for something that was not requested. Pat was happy to argue with us back and forth over the phone for an hour for their mistake. I will be considering fair trading as a matter of principle to ensure their poor communication doesn't result in other people losing their hard earnt dollars.

There truck driver ran me off into the dead lane on m2. Came barrelling in on my right at a great rate of knots, as my lane was closing out. In a work zone with reduced speed. Will be posting dash cam footage tomorrow and will decide on whether to make a police complaint. Not cool pal.

Was staring to make HireExpress my default hiring company, but after being told that I need to pay 2 days hire because of the long weekend (not my fault it's the Queens birthday, job still has to be done) and finding out Kennards could do the same hire window, same weekend for almost $70 cheaper and HireExpress was not interested in even just matching to keep me as a customer.kind of makes me wonder why I would bother continuing to use them? Your prerogative to stick to your prices.and so I guess it is my prerogative to stick with places that have the foresight to look after repeat customers. Also Kennads matches hire prices from other vendors with 0 repeat business.

I've had positive experience with HireExpress, but this kind of interactions really puzzles me.

These guys are legends! They have saved us twice now. Both times they drove from Blacktown to Ashfield well after hours on the weekend in heavy rain to deliver and set up submersible pumps to help us deal with a badly flooded underground garage. Amazing customer service and very reasonable prices. Can't recommend highly enough.

Hired a zero turn and had it for the weekend. Had a few problems and we stopped using after 4 hours. Took it back on Monday and was prepared to walk away but they were happy to help and fix the issue. Gave me my hire again for free the next weekend. Machinery far exceeded my expectations as did the service.

Great range of products to hire and staff is excellent. I hired a 10 metre ladder and the staff was kind enough to help me put on top of my roof racks and also helped with putting ropes. Great service.

All the equipment is in very excellent condition and well maintained.

Service was excellent. I hired mower. The mower was pretty new. But the mower (brand Husqvarna) that they have design I didn't like. Pretty low powered.

Guys over there are very helpful. Will go again.
