Had my first vehicle hired from this company 2 years ago. Another one hired recently. The hire cost is total rip off and expensive when compared to the other companies I use here and abroad (they charge as much as thrice). I had to use this company on the two occasions because other company had run out of my desired vehicle being overbooked. Reduce your hire cost and be more client supportive. Might use again or not.

Extensive range of equipment. All new and looked after. Your one stop shop for all your work needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This is the worst hire service I have ever had, I personally wouldn't recommend anyone go to this hire place, the guy definitely disappointed me and my company! I recently hired a scissor lift for $150 per day (weekly) and this machine went wrong right away because of the panel joiner so their technical suggested swap another one however they end up charged me $250 per day while other Big hire company only charge me $300 per week only. Very bad attitude and service to me, I wouldn't recommend to anyone come back again. So Disappointed! And, he is a racist person, just be very careful to deal with this hire company! When the owner responded me said "he does the right thing" and I totally disagree, because as per the contract the cost is 150 per day and I hired 5 days which was 100% for weekly hire rate, something went wrong on the first day so he agreed on phone (i have record) they would charge from the second day (which I agreed too). However the second day machine went wrong waste half day and they still charged me the whole day rate! Swap a machine is a standard in the Hire business and please respect it not you made the rule. If you swap a heaviest to me so should I pay $10,000 a day? That is too ridiculous. Racist guy, not respecting people from Asia. Disrespectful at all! Bad/Worst comments EVER!

PLUS, YOU HAVE NEVER TRIED TO CALL ME TO FIX OR TRIED ANY OTHER SOLUTIONS SO STOP MISGUIDING READERS!

These guys are the best. Great friendly service everytime. Always a machine on hand. Never afraid to help me out. Have useded at least 25-30 times and recommend to other trades and friends without a doubt in my mind.
