We hired two of their sanitiser stations with the digital screens for our awards gala dinner recently in Sydney. We used the screen to include a checkin QR code.

I found their customer service great, very responsive and good follow up to ensure they had everything right. I will use again.

I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team at Hire Intelligence (from accounts, to sales and dispatch). The laptop I rented during Covid worked like a brand new laptop (loved it so much I purchased it), they’re competitively priced and and service I received was excellent (friendly, flexible and helpful). They went above and beyond for me and I will happily recommend them!

Were able to provide a laptop quickly, which was very helpful. Unfortunately, the pickup and delivery service were extremely painful. The first person I dealt with was very friendly and helpful, and said they could get a laptop out to me the following day. I told him I would not be available at home from 12PM - 3PM as I was in a meeting. He asked if someone would be home, and I said they would but that I would prefer it if they delivered when I was there so I could keep an ear out for it. My housemate was home all day, but did not hear any knocking. A courier called me at 2PM (to let me know they had arrived) while I was in a meeting and could not pick up, then delivered it back to their head office in St Leonard's. Pretty annoying, but I was in the city anyway so went to pick it up. Then this morning I was called to ask if I would be home today. I asked if they could narrow the time down, he said he could not. I said that I was unable to sit at home all day waiting as I had an appointment and a few things to do today. The man on the phone was quite rude, and said that they couldn't narrow the courier time down due to covid, he "didn't want to get into it" and that surely I understood that's how couriers work. He then said someone would email me to arrange another day to pick up. Shortly after, he called me back to say he was trying to arrange someone from his own team to pick up the device, which would have been very helpful as he could have given me a rough timing if this were possible. He asked what time I was absolutely not available (1pm to 2pm) and said while he could make no promises, he would look into it and come back to me. I heard nothing until a courier called my phone at 1.19PM to say he had arrived at my house, asking for the laptop. Luckily, my appointment was cancelled last minute due to someone running behind and I was here after all, but this was a very frustrating experience overall. I did not have time to adequately check the computer and wipe it as I didn't believe they were coming today based on previous conversations, and it just added another level of annoyance to what is overall a good service.

Amazing service, the Canberra office was still closed due to COVID19 restrictions but the Sydney office bent over backwards to get me the equipment I needed here in Canberra, and gave excellent service throughout including organising the return shipping. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I needed to hire AV equipment again.

I hired a laptop to take overseas for 2 weeks (business and holiday) while mine was being repaired. Everything just worked! Staff were very helpful and accommodating. I had to extend by a day and change the return process and nothing was a problem.
