This place is breathtakingly beautiful. Love the style of the house and the manager of the property - Stephanie is lovely to deal with. We enjoyed our wedding day.

My husband and I recently got married at Hinterland House and couldn't have enjoyed our stay more at this property!

Having never viewed the property prior to booking, my husband and I, along with every one of our guests were absolutely blown away with the property! Immaculately kept, beautifully designed and maintained, on a macadamia plantation, and breathtaking from every angle.

A truly stunning property!

The onsite manager and booking agent were a dream as well, so accommodating and helpful with nothing being too much trouble.

We had an amazing weekend at Hinterland House and can assure you it will not be our last time staying at this property. We highly recommend to anyone considering staying at Hinterland House!

WOW! WOW! WOW! Hinterland House is like nothing we have ever seen, or had the pleasure of experiencing. To stay on the property is one thing, but to be able to have your dream wedding there is just next level. We couldn’t have asked for a more opulent space to hold our wedding, especially because they have so many spaces for all elements of a wedding. It was a picture perfect fairytale at every turn, making getting photographs just so easy, with no need to go anywhere else when there is the ‘perfect shot’ inside and out. We were fortunate enough to have the most spectacular weather after a long run of torrential rain, of which a special mention goes to Sam the property manager to be able to get the grounds in mint condition for our special day (and make our day a little brighter thanks to his cheerful and easy going personality) We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners of the property, and we have to say it was their friendly and welcoming nature that sold the property to us in the first place. Everything was never too hard, and they are just so easy to chat with. We certainly feel like words and photos can’t explain the feeling you get when you see this beautiful property with your own eyes. If we can give you any advice, do what we did and keep the location a surprise for your guests if you can as they’ll be absolutely blown away the minute they drive up that stunning driveway. We have no doubt Hinterland House is the most luxurious wedding venue in NSW, or Australia for that matter. Much love to all the HH team. Thank you for making our day one we’ll never forget?

This is the most stunning property I’ve stayed in! The location was just perfect and only a short 2 hours away. The property was extremely clean and all the little details added to the luxury feel. I will 100% be going back there maybe even looking at using the venue for my wedding. 10/10

What a place to stay! The house is absolutely amazing and the photos just don't do it justice. We had such a lovely time celebrating a very important moment - my friends engagement. We could've not chosen a better place for it. Highly recommend and looking forward to be back at some point:)

Had the most magical stay for our small elopement last weekend. The house is absolutely breathtaking along with the picturesque views which not only made for some amazing photography but a wonderful stay. The groundskeeper/manager was only ever a phone call away and was very welcoming upon arrival. Would highly recommended to anyone for any occasion.

The worst part of my stay was having to head home! This property is absolutely stunning in every way. The furnishings are divine and grand without losing the warm, homely vibe. The pool is incredible and we really enjoyed the fire pit at night. Would highly recommend this gorgeous venue. Thank you for a memorable stay and taking good care of us.

This house was truly spectacular! The photos just don’t do it justice. Each corner of the house is better than the last and the grounds and pool are so lush and stunning. Views from every room and a calmness and serenity to match! To top it all off, our hosts were so responsive, kind, funny and generous! It is a MUST to stay here - there is no place in the Byron area like it!

We consider ourselves so fortunate to have stayed with our entire extended family at Hinterland House for our 20th anniversary. We rented the house in its entirety which meant it was large enough for 21 of us and yet extremely comfortable and very spacious. From kids to our older parents, everyone loved it. The house itself is stunning. Beds were super comfortable and the property as a whole - with the outdoor deck, fabulous pool and stunning hinterland views - made for a wonderful stay. We all still talk about returning to stay again!

We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful property for a friends birthday. The property itself was just beautiful and clean. The grounds are gorgeous, especially the roses. Very close to Byron which was great. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience.

Hinterland House is truly breathtaking. It’s difficult to encapsulate in photos. Sam was a gracious host and made our stay very comfortable. Walking around the grounds and through the macadamia farm was a highlight.

We had a wonderful week with extended family, including 9 children, at Hinterland House.
Sam, the onsite manager was delightful & so helpful to all our requests.
The grounds are magnificent & were thoroughly explored & enjoyed by both children & adults.
We used every part of the house & all the facilities.
I have no hesitation in recommending this venue for a family gathering.
As one of our grandchildren expressed " I've had the best time ever, 100,100, best times".
