It was a very enjoyable experience having my floor renovation done by Hilux Flooring. At the showroom Fofi was very helpful in discussing the different types of floors. She gave me samples of the engineering oak timber so that I could take them home to see how they would match the rest of my unit. I think this is important, and very few companies seem to do it. Jimmy came out and measured the rooms and discussed possible extra costs. He and his team were very good and efficient and the new floor was laid with no difficulties. I painted the skirting boards myself which saved a bit of money. The new floor looks terrific - I enjoy it every time I look at it. I strongly recommend this company.

Could not recommend Hilux HIGHLY ENOUGH. From the first contact with Gina and the expertise Fofi offers as a designer the whole experience was positive. Jimmy and his team were absolute professionals and I couldn’t be happier with the result. We had decided to go over our tiled floor to be cost effective and I had concerns regarding the finished look but Jimmy has made it look like this floor has always been there. It looks amazing! He even added protectors to the bottom of my furniture!

Impeccable and very professional services, on top of being very competitive. I would not hesitate recommending to friends and family. Fofi at the showroom was able to provide very good advises on floor colour and type. I went for a light european oak colour, very professional with the invoices and communication/organising the tradesmen. This has made it so easy for me to manage and did not have to worry about sloppy service which you usually get when you want to do a small apartment. Jimmy and his team have been very punctual, extremely well organised, meticulous, eye for detail, and work.fast, neat and tidy! Left the place in a good statedid not have to clean any mess. Thank you Jimmy and team! Loving the floor!

I then went to Hilux Flooring and Fofi gave amazing advice and really knew her stuff. Their price was competitive and their service was above and beyond. The installer (Jimmy) was very helpful as well and I'm very happy with the install. Would highly recommend the team at Hilux Flooring!

This is the second time we have gone to Hilux Flooring for our flooring, and won't be the last. A huge thank you to Fofi, Jimmy and the team for doing such an amazing job and making the process of getting new floors a smooth and exciting one. The sales process was so wonderful with Fofi being so helpful and making sure that the flooring we chose was perfect for us. She was not pushy, very patient and was always obliging with the many samples we got to take home to ensure we were happy with what we chose. Jimmy and the team did a wonderful job with the install, and he has an incredible attention to detail and provided the highest level of workmanship I have seen in a tradesperson. We were really impressed with how it all turned out and so happy with the final product. The place was spotless when we came home to our new floors and we are extremely happy. We recently had Hilux install floating laminate flooring in our apartment, and are absolutely thrilled with the quality of the product and the install job. We found Hilux's product looks much more natural than other laminate flooring options out there.

Jimmy and his install team were focused on ensuring a successful install that would be high quality and long lasting. His attention to detail and aesthetic considerations gave us a lot of confidence. He identified possible issues in the cement floor underneath our old carpet (including some irregularities that needed to be levelled out) and proposed an effective and affordable solution. We had quotes from other companies that were more expensive and just proposed more temporary "band aid" solutions.

Fofi in the shop was fantastic in helping us select a product that matched our needs, and even went above and beyond to recommend complementary paint colours for our walls. The white shades she suggested were perfect! We took her advice and we absolutely love the result in our home.

So happy with our new flooring. What an amazing job. Our place was tricky for many reasons and these guys did wonders for our lounge room that features a sandstone wall. Quite hard to cut around. Additionally our flooring rose a little during some wet weather and humidity and the team came back and fixed it for us no problems, even replaced a board free of charge. One of the best customer service experiences we've had. Very happy.

Very happy with the new flooring that Hilux have installed for us, and it has been a very enjoyable experience! The build has been long and tiring and it was a pleasure to have the floors done at the end of the project with a very happy and energetic team. The only criscism is that the stairs were not installed around the handrail posts to how I would expect - I wish I knew the process to ensure the best finish (partly my builders fault) - otherwise 5/5. Very happy with the work, quality and service.

I had the 125 mm Satin finish floor installed in my 1906 home, 135 m² all up. My wife insisted We went with The blend mixture which is a combination of three or four different coloured boards. Everyone comments on how good it looks, brownie points with the in-laws.

Totally appreciated the pre-Christmas install and the skirting boards that suit the rest of the house, don't know where they got them from but they're brilliant.

I normally don't write reviews but I can't help it on this occasion. John was a star and the attention to details must not go unnoticed. All I have to do is paint the trim work and my house is finished
