Hills Physio Care, Chiro and Allied Health

I tried Pilates 3 years ago because it was close to my office, and I still go there every week, even if now I work and live on the other side of Sydney!
The team and classes are great, it is the best place for real Pilates!

I am so pleased to Elizabeth provided excellent professional knowledge and amazing care with my shoulder pain, reception staff is very nice and helpful, once a week for 5 weeks treatment, and now my pain was gone, thanks Elizabeth, I definitely recommend for any person

After suffering a back injury in the gym, I attended Hills Physio Care, Chiro, Podiatry & Massage. After the first session, a massive improvement - and after a short programme of sessions, I'm back to full health. Elizabeth is very personable, and I would look to her for assistance with any future back concerns.

I was referred to Hills Physio Care after I picked up a knee injury and I so glad I was. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Kind and engaging staff. Facility is clean vibrant and full of energy. Able to work with motivating staff to achieve therapy goals.
Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and one can see her experience when working with her. Her positive attitude keeps me motivated to stick to my regimen.

There was an issue and they were nice enough to call me personally to sort it out. Still annoyed that ‘the problem’ wasn’t addressed by customer service but hey at least the director has promised to address it. Thank you!
Otherwise the appointment was for my mum and she said she was happy with it

I’ve been to many remedial massages trying to find the right person who can help me with my tight and painful muscles and joints, and by far Sarah O has been the best. She makes sure she relieves and loosen the tight muscles and really works hard on it. She most of the time go beyond the booked time just to make sure she is able to help.

I walked into the clinic with severe pain on my left leg starting from hip downwards. Within less than an hour of treatment I didn't even remember where the pain was.
In my opinion Paul is very knowledgeable in identifying the cause of the pain. He is very professional and knows his stuff. I can recommend him to anyone needing physiotherapy treatment.

Brian was the physio that I had for the past week. At first I wasn’t able to move my arm due to my tricep damage, Brian took good care of the situation and he set up exercises for me to do so I can recover quickly and get back on the sports field.

Elizabeth is very supportive, caring and very professional in assisting me.

Brian from Hills Physio Care provided QUALITY information about my injury and provided EFFECTIVE exercises to achieve a FAST RECOVERY. Great all round service, will be returning and referring to friends and family in future.

I went with chronic neck pain. After the first session with Elizabeth there was a huge improvement. Lovely, friendly staff and extremely clean environment. I can highly recommend.

Tony has deep understanding about my foot so he was able to do treat my foot very well
I was in pain when i am walking up the stairs
but he understood what i was going through quickly started the treatment.
He is very kind and enthusiastic to help me with my foot problem

I have a shoulder SLAP lesion/tear issue that probably needed a surgery. Doctor and everyone were saying that I will need a surgery too by a specialist. I met Brian physiotherapist here during the weekend and I am getting a pretty intensive and planned treatment where my commitment is also important but I am getting a remarkable improvement with my movement. (I could not move much with pain). Thank you Brian for your help here.

I'm delighted to report that from the very first appointment I walked away with a diagnosis and significantly less pain. With the treatment and exercises I received, I'm not in pain anymore, and have had a super comfy pair of orthotics made to help support my feet while at work.
Tony has been great, figuring out my foot issues and coming up with an effective treatment plan. He is friendly and knowledgeable, and seems to sincerely care about his patients and their wellbeing. Couldn't ask for anything more. 10/10

My wife's first visit to this place was awesome! She's been searching for a proper Chiropractor for ages! Most of them are just really cons. I reckon. But this one we found was finally good!

Just finished last physio session with Elizabeth for back and arm injury. Can't thank her enough for her help with my recovery.
Highly skilled and hands on. She really digs deep into the lumpy spot and try to find the root of pain, also targeting the spot with latest high tech machines. SM wave and laser worked amazingly in relieving my back pain. I learned different exercise from her to relief tension and pain which helped heaps when I have pain at home.
My injury in through work cover, Liz is very good at communications and send reports regularly.
High recommended!
