Hills Meditation Circle

My journey with Hills Meditation has been transformative. It entered my life at the perfect moment, accompanied by a wonderful friend. Both of us were seeking deeper connections, self-nurturing practices, and a way to conclude the week with gratitude while embracing the upcoming week with positivity. The ambience of the space was incredibly nurturing, radiating warmth throughout. Melissa and the group consist of kind-hearted individuals who embrace vulnerability and openness, fostering a sense of shared growth and collective exploration. Hills Meditation offers more than just a meditation experience; it provides a sanctuary for personal development, compassion, and the shared human experience. I eagerly anticipate attending whenever possible.

I love my Sunday evening reflections in the circle. Mel is so creative with the topics and different forms of meditation.
