Lynette has been so supportive and great through my whole weight loss experience. I’ve lost around 4-5kgs since starting and I feel amazing. My experience with Lynette is very positive!
I participated in her four weeks weight loss hypnotherapy program and so far I have lost 6.5 kilos in 7 weeks from first session.before I join her program I thought I would have difficulty to get hypnotised which I was wrong.
During sessions I mentioned to her that I don't feel that I was getting hypnotised as I was still awake and I could hear what she was telling me, however I can see that those sessions have been working and I don't have craving to snacks anymore, the good thing is that I don't force myself to stop overeating but it happens automatically without pressuring myself.
The other thing is that Hypnotherapy is pricy but comparing to weight loss medications like Duromine and Saxendra injection is cheaper and is long-lasting. Thank you Lynette, you do a very fantastic job!

I had a problem with alcohol for a number of years and decided to try hypnotherapy to help me reduce my alcohol consumption. Since seeing Lynette I have completely changed my drinking habits. I am now happy to say that I only have a drink with friends and family in a social setting but even then it is very minimal in comparison. I feel like a better version of me again and couldn't be happier. I can't thank thank Lynette enough for helping me become the best version of myself again.

STAY AWAY! I went to Lynette in hopes to achieve weight loss with the virtual gastric banding. Unfortunately my treatment was not successful and lost no weight. When I spoke to Lynette after her sending me the wrong details at appointment 2 and feeling frustrated about spending a large amount of money with no results she agreed to refund me $200 and took my bank details. I had to follow up after 1 week in which she sent me an email filled with untrue facts of our sessions, made up weight loss and then said I was non compliant through treatment. 24hrs later she still hasn’t replied to my email or refunded me any money. Very unprofessional for someone with her “qualifications”. Oh and be prepared to have to repeat yourself over again because she forgets what you have told her. More then happy to show anyone the emails and texts to show this review is 100% true - REPLY.even your response is a lie. I didn’t refuse anything and there was no negativity. Your behaviour is disgusting. How do you sleep at night knowing you rip people off. Ps you can’t remove my review and I have the email and texts from you. I don’t want a redo all I want is the $200 refund that you promised you would give me upon sending me the wrong track and the fact that this didn’t benefit me. You stood there and agreed and now your lying on the internet again

Highly recommend Lynette, she is caring and gets right down to your problem. Lynette is very knowledgeable and shows allot of empathy. I totally recommend her services I have noticed a big improvement in myself in only a few weeks.
