We have used Andrew's services before. This time we rang to obtain a quote for removal of a 3 metre liquidambar stump that had regenerated some canopy and was beginning to rot. Just by chance they were finishing another job close by. Andrew and the team arrived, we were quoted an amount that was acceptable, then they had the job done in an hour. HILLS’ DISTRICT STUMP GRINDING - I have used Hills’ District Stump Grinding and the specialist services of Andrew Kuntze and his crew on several occasions over the years. Their reliability and safety practices are of such a particularly high standard that few similar services can compete with them. I have challenged them with extraordinarily difficult jobs in my front yard, The tasks ranged from completely clearing a storm damaged thirty metre tree that fell on my house, pruning a massive forty metre gum tree adjoining my neighbour's home and trimming a gangling Liquid Amber with hazardous over-growth. Andrew has successfully negotiated with irate neighbours and appeased testing supervision from council inspectors to achieve harmonious outcomes. His professionalism is commendable. Andrew is the only guy to call if you have tree-related problems.

Cannot say enough in terms of service, responsiveness, quality of work and competitive pricing, will definitely use again and highly highly recommend if you want friendly, professional and timely service.

Andrew and his crew ticked all the boxes for me. He responded quickly when asked to quote for my tree removal. He was punctual on all occasions and replied immediately to all communications. He used a crane positioned in a neighbouring property to extract a large gum tree from my townhouse backyard. The whole exercise went very smoothly without any property damage and the site was left very clean. Andrew and his crew were very professional and well mannered. I recommend Andrew's service most highly.

August 2016: I used Andrew to remove seven large Palm Trees and five pony-tails. In addition, Andrew came and ground down the stumps and flowerbeds where these had been. Andrew's prices were very reasonable and his services were excellent. He was always on time, stuck to his quote and he and his team just did an excellent job. I can absolutely recommend Andrew and his team.

October 2018: I have just had the pleasure of having Andrew remove a large dead tree from my yard. As always, Andrew's quotes were better than any other I got, he arrived on time and did exactly as he said he would. The tree was in a difficult location and had to be felled. Andrew dropped the tree pin-perfect and cleaned up beautifully. I most definitely recommend Andrew.

Andrew and the boys just left. It's a 41C day and despite that they turned up on time and did the job with great efficiency. It was a difficult removal of two jacarandas growing close to structures in difficult to access spaces. They even cleared away a bunch of branches we'd cut some time ago and were going to hire a skip to take away. Highly recommend.
