When the heat was turned on, strange sounds came from the vents. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Indeed, the team arrived within an hour. The noise was caused by turnouts and plastic register covers. However, we discovered that the drip pans under both of my furnaces were severely rusted. After picking up the parts and fixing the new drip pans, a second tech arrived the same day. The filters were also replaced. The techs were fantastic, as was the customer service. I'll use them again without a doubt!
