Please I advice you think twice before renting/buying here. These apartments are not secured, so many things get stolen. The building managers don't care about people living here and people's property stolen, they only care about been paid.
Please Beware and reconsider your decision. If you want Peace Mind, go somewhere else.
If location and status matters to you with a touch of class than this is the life style apartment you deserve. It’s the New landmark for Westmead like no others. When you stand taller than others you are generally better. Check out these awesome pictures from Level 17 #NORWES
Overpriced and size of the apartments is very small compared to the older apartments in westmead
Very convenient right next to train, metro and light rail stations and an easy walk to the hospital
Overpriced 2+1 bedroom supposed to be 600000 moreover very small room.
