Don't use this real estate the whole process was a circus took over a week to process and they were showing the property to people the week after not fair on the people that viewed the property the week before

First rate service. Steve went the extra yard for us and there sale. Excellent communication and attention to detail, plus a positive outlook and commitment to the process. Highly recommended.

I wouldn’t recommend using this agent for selling my property because as a buyer I contacted him three times over two months asking for information about a property and I wasn’t responded to. I’ve tried to contact another agent from this office and they aren’t responsive either. I first contacted them seven months ago and this property is still for sale.

Be careful of Natasha if you make a real estate contract with this company.
Whether it's a company policy or her dogmatic behavior, she becomes a robber after the rental.
I paid all the money for eight months without being late, and I also handled the cleaning through the company that the real estate recomended me about.
However, she claimed 200 dollars more for cleaning, saying it was cleaning company charge to us, and I talked to the cleaning company, and she said he never did.
Even though I paid all and Natash sent me the recipt $0.00 left for payment but suddenly I got outstanding 60 dollars, when I visited the office and asked why I took the extra one, there was no answer, and Natasha suddenly disappeared. She was very rude and didn't even apologize once. When she lie to me she emailed me faster, but when I let her know what is true, she never reply about it.
Be careful if you are Asian.
I don't know how she treats people of different races.
But it's racism enough for me to feel.
If this head office contact to me, I can prove all what she did.

Great to deal with, regional Real Estate Agent

Sam was great to work with, had good knowledge of the property that we bought but also let us know of a few other off market properties worth looking at. He was always very easy to get hold of and would help to answer all of our questions, however random they were. Nice to also work with someone who drove a ute rather than the latest BMW/Mercedes as they drive in the Sydney!
