I strongly advise against using Highland Property for property management. Their failure to conduct proper reference checks and thorough inspections resulted in tenants who repeatedly defaulted on rent and ultimately caused over $40,000 in damage to our property.

Professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Inspection was a great experience where agents provided clear and thorough answers to my questions. Application process was easy and heard back from agent really quickly!

In late 2022 and early 2023 the rental market had gone insane, and every time my daughter and I inspected a property to rent, there were many people also trying to find a place, just like us. We were starting to feel that we would never be accepted into a place before my daughter started uni, which was our plan. Highland property was very busy, and we were able to inspect 5 properties in one Saturday that fit our criteria. The agent was very professional, prompt, respectful and human. He remembered us later in the next week and checked if we were still interested in a particular property, and a few days later he confirmed that we had been accepted. We were so relieved that we did not have to compromise on our wish-list, and we were recognised as good, long-term tenants, and it takes professionals to recognise these qualities. Well I have been left gobsmacked the way I was treated on the phone by property manager taleh Farrell, she was so rude and disrespectful towards me over the phone when I was trying to discuss a rental property that was up for rent. She was extremely unprofessional and kept saying that someone else is looking at the property and that they are offering more money than what was advertised and we had agreed on. When I said to her that she was being very aggressive trying to get more money out of me. If this is the way highland real estate runs it’s office and teach there staff to be rude NO THANKYOU.
