I had my first facial treatment at Higher Self with Amanda. What a lovely professional young lady with a wealth of knowledge and expertise to guide you on your path to healthier glowing skin. After my treatment my skin felt hydrated, plump, radiant and soft as a baby’s tooshie. A truly amazing experience.

My first visit to Higher Self and I wish I lived closer! Not only is it a beautiful clinic the ladies there are so welcoming and kind. I can’t put into words how I feel about Amanda and higher self clinic, she changed my life. After 7+ years of struggling with isolated rosacea and bad redness and breakouts, (I am Rudolph the red-nose reindeer), and thousands and thousands of $pent on dermatologists, naturopaths, GPs, and other clinics for facials only to be told I would live with rosacea for the rest of my life. I was so defeated as I did once have nice skin and wanted it back! Over the years I gave up, I cried myself to sleep, I hated what I saw in the mirror, I avoided eye contact with people so they wouldn’t look at me for too long, self esteem dropped so low. Until one day when the shining light hit me and I found Amanda. My 1st appt with her, before I said anything, she said “I know exactly why you are here and I can help you”.
I will never forget it. She changed my life that day, and explained to me exactly what was going on with my skin, and explained how we can fix it, it will just take some time. Her knowledge is absolutely out of this world. She an amazing, genuine, caring human, and I love her so much! When a Celebrity Facialist and National Skin Educator treats, you come for the Knowledge & stay for the Amazing treatment. Every time I visit Amanda she blows me away with her expert skin knowledge, she takes the time to explain what is happening with my skin and how to treat it. In 3 treatments we have successfully controlled my acne and made huge impact on my pigmentation without the use of harsh acids. I also really loved that Amanda was always so happy to help. I'd feel terrible leaving her voice messages and texts, but not once did she ever make me feel bad and always called back super happy and excited to be able to help with what I needed. I feel this is such a rare quality these days.
