Hidden Harvest is a welcoming team of passionate individuals coming together to chat food waste whilst eating delicious food! As soon as I went to a Hidden Harvest event I felt a part of the family, everyone is so kind and welcoming and all the team have so much knowledge to share. I love the versatility of the events and the multiple ways of connecting online too, there is always something going on for you to be a part of.

I have had the pleasure of attending multiple events by this wonderful group - my favorite in particular being 'Wasted Wednesdays', where community members feast on repurposed food, converse in conversation about the impacts of food waste and the environment.

The space 'Society City' is the most adorable public space I have been in and the live music or arranged entertainment for these events are always sensational. The vibes are very wholesome, welcoming and judgement free and the volunteers are always more then happy, with smiling faces to make sure everyone is having a lovely time.

I would recommend everyone to attend these inclusive events - I bring my family and friends whenever they are visiting Wollongong and they've all loved it.

The Hidden Harvest community is one you enter into and never forget. Cheers to all the volunteers who make this happen - your work is so much appreciated.

Attended a HH event at Viva la Gong and saw a creative display done by them called the bread lane. Really friendly people and they seemed pretty passionate about tackling food waste.

Brilliant #vegan #rescued healthy food in a comfy, warm, friendly atmosphere. $16 was a bargain for a delicious hearty meal! The staff are unreal; so happy and lovely! All volunteers! Waaay better food and service than do many cafes because their heart is in every thing they do!
