At first it looks like it is "Excellent service, reasonable prices. "
Reality is it is fair price with very poor service.
I wouldn't trust this service with anything more complicated than a screw driver.

2 cases:
1. Replaced break pads
After 200 - 300km noticed that breaking pads are under 45 degree to the surface of brakes. So the brakes were using only half of the surface. Also the disk was aggressively wearing off.
Get back to them - they put brakes to the correct angle. When I asked about worn off disk - they sad it should be fine.ok
Mistakes happen.
But if you think of potential harm caused by driving without 25% breaking power. (I probably should've stopped here.)

2. Replaced CV joint
After replacement they mentioned that there is some vibration and most likely it is coming from the clutch or from misfiring engine. They suggested to get back another day for detailed diagnostic. So I did with another mechanic. Another mechanic pointed out replaced CV joint and demonstrated how I can move it with my hand (on the place). After replacement of the joint at another place with another part - no vibration at all.
When I tried to get my money from this place for the bad part (CV joint around 260 AUD) they sad that they don't know what happen and wont return me anything.
Ok lesson learned.

I managed to drive my car with a flat tyre to these guys and they were able to sort it out quickly with no fuss. Really great service!

Yesterday I got a c bad puncture an hour before I had to do a 400km round trip. I called the local Jax and Beaurepairs to see if they could swap the punctured tyre for the spare. Jax said no way we are too busy. With Beaurepair I was put on hold for so long I gave up. These guys said come on down and we will take care of you. And they did. Swapped yesterday morning and sourced a matching tyre and fitted it all within 24 hours. I have 4 cars. These guys for me in the future.

Happened to get a puncture and pull up right outside. Had trouble getting the nuts off the wheel, so they brought out a rattle gun and helped fix up the puncture and get the wheel off. They were both quick and incredibly helpful. Will definitely be going here in the future.

These guys really know what they're doing when it comes to tyres and wheels, the service I got here was second to none and my 4 wheel drive has never looked better!

Dropped by the other week for a tyre fix and was blown away by the quality customer service. Really friendly team who are all knowledgeable and efficient at their work. Will definitely be coming back here again.
