Hey Felix

I have been using paid and ebay Click and Collect services from Hey Felix for the past two to three years and can attest to how professional Mark is. He notifies me of any deliveries as well as answering my queries promptly. (By the way, I am of Asian descent.)

We’ve been using Hey Felix’s services for at least a couple of years now. The catalyst was when our building removed our live-in caretaker - Mark and Hey Felix became our go-to support system - if we ever mislay our keys - they have a set - if we need to give access to a tradesperson when we’re unavailable - they can pick up the keys from Hey Felix. When we are travelling - we have the occasional parcel delivered and held until our return. We don’t have a large network in Sydney and far prefer to have someone we trust just a 2 minute walk from home, rather than having a key with a friend. We are travelling right now and just bought a small item on ebay - it’s so reassuring to know it will be there for us upon our return. We trust Mark implicitly and recommend the service 100% - never a problem and incredibly reassuring.

Such a great idea, never miss a delivey and know that you will get an SMS and a image of your post parcel to tell you it's arrived. Always a welcome smile. Great service to make busy life easier.

Mark and his team managed my apartment when I was away and renting it out on airbnb - they did a fantastic job of organising cleaning, keys, checking guests in and handling a couple of small emergencies that we never would have been able to sort out while overseas. I will definitely work with them again.

Hey Felix provided a convenient and reliable service. It allows you to never miss a delivery and Mark is always extremely helpful and even loans you his trolley if the parcel is too big to carry. He notifies you immediately on the arrival of a package. No more standing in line to collect parcels at the post office! Highly recommend.

My existence would be very difficult without Hey Felix. I do everything I can to avoid shops and crowds and the risks of crowded spaces. Australia Post does not work for me. So often they do not deliver but merely leave a card. That means a queue - 10mins plus on a bad day. And limited opening hours. Thank heavens for Hey Felix.
