I booked HERO SHOT for our office headshots - it was the simplest process. Great service, great staff, and very easy from start to finish!

SPOILER ALERT! This review is NOT for those specially gifted people who are naturally photogenic, immensely camera confident and can carry an oily rag on their shoulders and still pull off a great gig.

For all the others like me who get the jitters every time we see a camera, I’d say, Hero Shot is absolutely FANTASTIC! I haven’t come across a more professional and thoughtful team before. Booking a session was easy, their team made me fill out a survey so they understood who I am, what I want to do with the photos and everything in between… Freya from the team even gave me great advice on what kind of photo shoot would suit me best and put be at ease.

On the day of the shoot, meeting the master photographer Riccardo ahead of time was almost like meeting a ‘nerve therapist’! His calm yet warm attitude instantly put me to ease. His attention to detail was remarkable; and most importantly he made a pig like me feel confident under my skin and made me a happy pig!

With just listening to me and helping me think about what I want to do in life, he brought the best out of me. No make up, no touch ups, just natural radiance is what I saw coming through when I saw the pictures. I’ve never ever looked better! Now, I’ve even started dressing up like the way I looked in the pictures and my confidence has absolutely taken off.

Well, if a pig like me can become a radiant pig, then you can be rest assured Riccardo is nothing short of a magical photographer!

If you’re reading this review, then you’re certainly not a pig and you’ll certainly benefit immensely from Ricardo’s shoots. FANTASTIC is the word!

Just had a shoot for some professional headshots and can honestly say that Kane made the whole experience enjoyable and captured some great images. He took the time to explain each ‘look’ and what would and wouldn’t work, and made me comfortable from the outset. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended, Sam is a top quality photographer and has a team of really supportive staff.
Noting that I had little experience in being formally photographed, Sam was fantastic by providing gentle prompts and tips in my posture in order to portray me in the best way he could.
Sam explained the reasons for each suggestion, and showed the difference made in the images taken, making the process positive as well as beneficial.

Sam and his team are amazing!

Sam is a great photographer and made sure that I have the best photos for my business.
Sam pays attention to the smallest details and makes sure that nothing is missed.

Our session lasted 40 minutes beyond the time originally allocated and that was free of charge:) and fun.

Sam is a lovely person as well and fun to work with.

The process of choosing and editing the photos is super easy as well and I am very happy with the results.
