Absolutely loved my experience here! It was my first time getting my hair dyed and they did an amazing job! Very professional and lovely people, thank you Shayma for doing my balyage. I will definitely be coming back here to do future haircuts and dyes

I had an appointment with Shayma, she was amazing! She offered her expertise and recommended a colour and treatment but then suggested a bundle offer so I would get value for money! I was in and out with cut, full colour, treatment and blow dry in 1.5 hours Rima the manager is doing a Fantastic job! It’s clear to see why they’re always so busy, keep up the great work!

Thank you soo much to Stephanie and Shayma for reviving my poorly highlighted hair and giving the best and most beautiful cut. In comparison to the quality of service, the wait time was quite bad. I had booked for 11am but got seen at 12: 10. Had I not insisted on being seen, I probably would have been there waiting longer. But great job to the girls.

Amazing experience with Stephanie, a professional yet a dear friend’s caring hands as she not only understood me but displayed her understanding through an amazing work accomplished.

I came in for a wash and trim as I’m trying to grow out my hair. The hairdresser didn’t even touch my layers she just trimmed the ends at the back, well that’s what I’m assuming. After drying my wet hair for about 2 minutes, she takes the cape off and says all done. My hair was still damp and almost dripping. 10/10 service.

I literally love this place! They are so friendly and welcoming. All the hairdressers there are very knowledgeable and will advise on what would work for the individual. The team changed my life with the idea of Botox treatment to my hair I went from having weekly treatment and blowdries to waking up to amazing looking hair.

I hate writing bad reviews however, due to my experience today I had to say something. I have been going to the salon for a while since they open in Merrylands it was fantastic in the beginning… but I have been noticing service deteriorating.today will unfortunately be the last time I go there. Went in today about 9: 05 this morning for a regrowth and blow dry talked into doing the Botox treatment which I didn’t mind but should’ve been explained properly how long it would take rather than what I was told he has. I was told that the color and hair Botox will be applied at the same time and processing time was 45 minutes. Nothing else was properly explained. I expected to be there no longer than two hours… my treatment finished at 12pm who is never explained the treatment process properly eg: told that they needed to blow dry my hair, and then straighten it.color wasn’t applied properly, my wash was done poorly dye still in my scalp I am the low dry and straighten was just as bad.working in the beauty industry myself I believe it’s always important to explain to your clients or what to expect how long the treatment will go, what steps are involved and the most important thing taking pride in your work.especially when you’re up selling clients across selling.as your clients are walking out and representing your work

Worst customer service and the attitude and unprofessional is unbelievable. Booked an appointment for today, upon arrival girl was giving rude looks like we didn’t book an appointment she didn’t even know remember that we had an appointment. After showing her the message of booking confirmation she asked to have a seat. Waited for 15 mins and when asked how long is it going to take, she replied she doesn’t know and if we are not happy to wait we can leave. This attitude was driving us crazy. We still waited for another 15 mins and then asked how long the wait is, she said she can’t tell. Rude customer service, doesn’t know how to treat people and what appointment means. Left after 30 mins, couldn’t be bothered to take services.

We would have happily wait if the customer service was good and polite.

I booked appointment with Hermosa merrylands for toner and blowdry but when i went they asked me to wait until someone is free ended up waiting for 20min when asked how long will it take she said until someone is free you can wait or leave, Worst and unprofessional staff.

I asked for a trim and little front fringe and i have no idea how they manage to ruin my whole hair.

I went to a another hairdresser to get it fixed and they literally were unable to make it even slighly better.
Now because of this i had to cut my hair so short just to cover the uneven haircut

I’m honestly heartbroken because it took me so long to grow my hair.

They should get better trained as haircutting is the the Fundamental of working at a hairdresser.

My hair was so long they used bleach on my hair it went so so short and I have now breaks in my hair it was the worst now it’s not like before it’s so bad I do not recommend this salon

I went to Hermosa Hair Salon in Merrylands and even though we didn’t have an appointment, they happily accepted us as walk-ins. I was very impressed with Shaimah and Sabreen’s service. They did an amazing job at turning my brassy orange hair into a stunning ashy colour. Thank you ladies for your great service and magic hands!

Horrible experience, I booked an appointment and arrived exactly on time and still had too wait for 2 hours the lady told me it didn’t matter if I made an appointment or not. They just left me sitting around and waiting for my turn, I would not recommend to anyone. At the end the lady just told me too leave. Incredibly rude service

I am absolutely digusted in this hair salon, i literally went there for a wash and blowdry and i have a worker tell me that my hair is fuming, how can my hair be in fumes? After washing my hair i sat to brush and my hair was literally noodles. Thanks to them i have had so much breakage in my hair. I do not recommend anyone going there. They use cheap products

Friendly service, care taken. Although they are extremely slow. Workers just sitting around watching each other while clients in the chair waiting to cut their hair ect.

I have been to this hair salon a few times and the more recent times, they have been unable to deliver straightforward requests of a haircut trim. I requested for layers to thin out the ends as well as to be less bulky and straight in appearance, I.e. Straight cut.

The hairdresser put in minimal effort which led to bulky straight ends. My hair is notably thick and I was aware that it required more layers than she offered. Despite reinforcing this, she states that “no matter how many layers I do, it’ll always look like that (straight and bulky ends when hair is put to the front) ”. Although she did offer to cut more layers after, the haircut was not satisfactory and decided to leave it the way it was.

I was very unsatisfied with this service and I wouldn’t recommend going here for a hair trim at least. Not too sure about the other services, but definitely the hair trim. I believe they did the ‘quick and easy’ method to attend to more customers who were also waiting for haircuts.

Went in for a straight & simple kids trim, the hair dresser spent over 30 mins and cut it way too short than specified. She was having a difficult time keeping it straight from both ends and kept going shorter and shorter. After so much time spent on kids simple trim I was so disappointed and my daughter was very upset to see her hair 3 inches shorter than advised - which makes a huge difference as it went over the shoulders. My other daughter’s hair is uneven and I will be going back to get it fixed. Also the ladies did not specify what the wait time looked like when I walked in and said “we don’t know how long it will be” which is so unprofessional - at least give an expectation to your customer if they are willing to wait a certain time or not. I ended up waiting 50 minutes only when I got up as asked I was attended to.and then spent another 1 hour on a kids trim - spent 2 hours at their salon and was totally disappointed with the service.
