Hermès Sydney always provided an absolutely exceptional experience for me. You never missed the scarf section when you walked into the store, where I first met HAMY. She consistently showed her passion and professional knowledge for Hermès' beautiful handcrafted artist scarves and twillies. Every suggestion hit the mark and matched my style perfectly!
I always believe that satisfying customer service strengthens my loyalty to a brand, and both HAMY and Hermès Sydney have achieved that! 5/5 stars for sure!

I was kind and provided good tax refund information, but there was a mistake when calculating so I visited twice.

I have to say Hermès Sydney is the best luxury boutique as they have lovely SA Lucia there! I was completely impressed with her professionalism and personalised services. She patiently helped me a lot during every visits and more importantly surprised me with a grateful offer! I would like to share my wonderful experience with Hermès Sydney store Scarf section, a beautiful and professional girl named Hamy.

I was there only to get a scarf as a present for mother in law, Hamy was so patient and her passion and professional knowledge of Hermès silk scarves was really impressive! Hamy shared story and designer’s inspiration of the scarves, helped me find the the most suitable one for me.

It was a really fantastic experience, Hamy made the shopping meaningful and it’s not just a shopping experience, more felt like visiting a gallery with a private tour guide!

Thanks much to Sammi, I had a wonderful shopping experience here! She is so knowledgeable and always willing to help. And she has been meticulous when understanding my preferences and always chooses the right products. This personalized service makes my visit become special and memorable. I was gifted Hermes earrings and to my disappointment one of the clasps broke so I took it back to Hermes. I waited about 40 mins in line on a weekday!
I was served by Ayumi who was so adorable that she went to check if there was an extra clasp in the store room and came back with the most smiley face because my problem was solved and I was so happy! Always hear how Hermes has the best customer service compared to all the other brands and today I experienced it first hand. Thank you so much, Ayumi. I am so excited that I can finally wear my beautiful earrings now!

The most warmest and welcoming SA I have encountered at the Sydney Hermes store. Lucia is truly one of a kind. She definitely goes above and beyond to make you feel so special. No matter the request she will always try her hardest to fulfil your needs before leaving the store. Thank you always for a great experience!

Very disgusting making u wait outside for 1 hour when not busy inside why cause they can’t offered to pay workers but rather make people wait outside will not go there again

I experienced underwhelming service from the associate who sold me my Apple Watch on March 31. She seemed bored and disinterested and offered no helpful information to me during the process. Based on previous great experiences at Hermes, this one was a real disappointment.

I always have best experiences at Hermes Sydney store. Thanks to my SA Hamy to make all of my visits become special and memorable. She is incredibly professional, patient and attentive to details. She has thorough knowledge about the brand and Hermes products. I can see many good feedback about her and I can’t agree more. She’s truly a Star. First time I served by Pietro and he was a very helpful, polite and friendly.even though I couldn't get what I want, it was such a wonderful experience.

Strongly recommend Ping if you need a guide at Hermes! Ping is super friendly and professional. It’s very hard to build up a trust when you meet someone at first. But Ping makes it happen. She knows the brand very well, and I am really impressed by the stories and brand history that she shared. I really like her and trust her. That’s a reason why I decided to purchase in a short time. At first, I just wanted to browse and appreciate the beautiful decoration in the shop. While ping introduced the concept behind products nicely and thoroughly to me, I was excited and inspired by the ideas, so I started my journey with Hermes.

I can’t recommend Hamy enough!

Today I had an appointment to get some shoes, but left the store with something a little more special…
I never really thought this would happen and it was the best surprise! The whole experience was very special and so well thought out.

Hamy is always so extremely helpful, patient, caring and recommends items I would love and is never pushy. I always look forward to my appointments as she’s such a pleasure to deal with and we always have a great chat!
