Disappointing Experience with Service Discrepancy!

I had booked an appointment for a diamond facial, however, to my disappointment, upon completion of the service, I was informed that a gold facial had been administered instead.

I want to emphasize that my dissatisfaction primarily stems from the miscommunication or oversight during the service. I distinctly requested a diamond facial, and it was disheartening to discover that the treatment performed did not align with my preference.

This experience left me feeling helpless, as it raises concerns about the transparency of the products used during services. It is essential for customers to trust that their preferences will be honoured, and the use of alternative products without notification can erode that trust.

I understand that human errors can occur, and I believe this may have been an unintentional oversight on the part of the staff. Nonetheless, it is crucial to ensure that such lapses do not happen, as they impact the overall customer experience.

I suggest implementing measures to enhance communication between clients and staff to avoid similar situations in the future. Additionally, providing clear information about the products used during treatments can instil confidence in customers about the quality of service.

I hope that my feedback is taken constructively, as my intention is to contribute to the improvement of your establishment. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that steps will be taken to prevent such occurrences in the future.

I went there for eyebrows and facial, and the lady assigned (who was from their home bush branch) had no knowledge of what products or brands were used for the facial. It didn’t seem like she was very experienced either, as my eyebrow threading also wasn’t done well. Rating of two stars only for accepting my request of walk-in on a busy sunday afternoon. I wouldn’t return here.

I have been going this place for about 5 years. Extremely happy with the consistency of service. You can get the hair colour from the shop but it’s the skill and art of who cuts your hair makes the difference and that’s the touch of freshness Nenuji is blessed with. Lovely and always pleasantly working staff.

I have been going to them for threading and haircutting for quite a few years now. Nenu and the girls are always welcoming, pleasant and accommodating. I like the way they do the eyebrows and hair for me. There has always been consistency in the quality of what they do.
